I recently called and spoke to the Sales Manger here, Mr. Damian Shepard and negotiated a price for a specific new Ford Fusion over the phone. I did this because I was an hour away from the dealership. He said it was probably doable. He told me that he would call me back. Later in the afternoon, a Sales Associate called me and informed me that he was working with the Sales Manager to collect further information, which I gave. Still later in the afternoon, the same Sales Associate called me back to tell me that Mr. Shepard said "he could meet my price and to come on up" on Saturday morning. I asked the guy if the final price I gave was the agreed upon price - he said he wasn't sure. I asked him to have the Sales Manager call me personally to confirm my price before I traveled to the dealership. The Sales Manager, Mr. Shepard, called me that evening and confirmed with me that he indeed could meet the price agreed to, and to come to the dealership the next morning. We made an appointment for the next morning. I arrived at the dealership the next morning, and was greeted and handled by the Sales Associate. I asked for Mr. Shepard, and was told he was working with another customer. Over the next hour and a half, we test drove the specific vehicle, made copies of my insurance card, provided further information, and waited while the car was sent in for detailing. Finally, Mr. Shepard came into the Sales Associate's cubicle, and presented me with printed paperwork; he proceeded to tell me that his boss would NOT allow him to sell me the vehicle at our agreed upon price, and that a new price - an increase of $350 - was "where we were at right now". I informed Mr. Shepard that this was not the amount he had committed to over the phone, and I would not pay a now higher price than what was agreed to the prior day. He said he understood, and that his hands were tied. I rose and walked out. Later that weekend, I wrote an email to the owners and general manager of the dealership. I didn't even receive a reply. This kind of price "bait and switch" is at best deceptive, and at worst a breach of ethical business practices. I would urge anyone to do their Ford business elsewhere. More

He knew that I was shopping from dealership to dealership and he never bothered me or kept calling me like crazy everyday unlike other dealerships sales rep. I set an appointment with him and he told me he wont bother me until the appointment date and he never did. He is true to his word and very trustworthy. That's why I kept coming back to Ron because I know he is a real honest person to do business with. I live in York Pa and there are other dealerships close to me, but I would sacrifice the distance of going to LenStoler Hyundai because Ron makes me and my wife feel comfortable. I got what I want, the price that I want, the trade in value that I want and even more, plus Ron went the extra mile to get the second car tha I want. Ron Askew sold 2 cars to me. All in my terms! About two months ago, my fiance and I decided to go to this dealership in hopes of purchasing a new car. Our past experiences with dealerships were not so great as we felt the salesman did not seem intere this dealership in hopes of purchasing a new car. When we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile from a saleswoman saying "welcome to Hyandai, how may I help you?". This saleswoman turned out to be a miracle worker and a true Godsent. Yeimy ( pronounced Jamie) was extremely helpful and truly had our best interest at heart. We absolutely fell in love with her. My fiance bought the car and two months later, I myself went back to Jamie to purchase a car for myself. Anyone looking for reliable, affordable transportation and a not just a salesperson but a genuine, honest person, I encourage you to vist Len Stoler Hyundai and ask for Jamie. She is outstanding!! Sammy Ferrell my salesperson was very professional and very knowledgable about the kind of vehicle I was looking to purchase. He took alot of time going over all of the features the vehicle had to offer, he encouraged me to take my time making a decision before making my purchase. Buying a new car is a big deal as I see it, and having an excellent experience at the dealership made it so much easier for me to make my decision and close the deal. My experience was awful. My car was totaled in December 2010 and it left me no choice but to find another vehicle. I decided to go to Len Stoler because it was close and in 2004 I bought my previous vehicl 2010 and it left me no choice but to find another vehicle. I decided to go to Len Stoler because it was close and in 2004 I bought my previous vehicle from Len Stoler Hyundai. (That experience was a good one) The salesman that I worked with this time was Johnny Salinas and he was the stereo-typical car salesman. (not very truthful, and giving me the run around) It was crucnh time to get a vehicle to get back and forth to work so I felt like my options were limited. Johnny knew my situation and took advantage of that. He sold me a lemon. (2007 Jeep Compass) Also at that time I gave Johnny all my paperwork for my extended warranty from my previous vehicle so it could be processed for my refund. After exactly 1 month of having the Jeep it broke down on the beltway. It ended up being in the Len Stoler service center for an entire month and half the engine had to be re-built. The day I got the Jeep back it broke down again. Then they had the vehicle for another 2 weeks to replace more parts of the engine.....As for my warranty refund for my previous vehicle, I am still waiting almost a year now! When you are due a refund from an extended warranty for a vehicle, the place you bought that car from must process for the refund. You can't do it yourself. I checked in with the extended warranty company month after month starting in January 2011 and STILL they have not processed it! I was told by the receptionist at Len Stoler Ford to contact the financial manager, Mike and I did so. Still no progress. I then was forwarded to Jerry Epstein which is apparently the general manager and guess what? Nothing has been done. It is now almost a year later and the refund is still not processed. Everyone you speak to at Len Stoler Ford seems to disregard your situation and think everything is a big joke! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Lessons learned! More

We did an Internet search for a new vehicle. It steered us to Len Stoler (near our home). The Internet sales manager is Johnny Salinas. Not only was he friendly and personable but was entirely open with us us to Len Stoler (near our home). The Internet sales manager is Johnny Salinas. Not only was he friendly and personable but was entirely open with us regarding price, options, etc. Subtly interviewed us to determine our wants and needs. he KNOWS his products. He went out of his way to locate a vehicle to our specifications and worked overtime to meet our needs and schedule. We hated the idea of going car shopping. Mr. Salinas actually made it fun ... Well, almost. By the way, we bought a new Ford Edge and my wife just loves it. Hurray Ford! Hurray Johnny and Kathy Salinas! And Hurray Len Stoler. (several years ago we purchased a certified used Explorer from them an d every thing they told us was true ( then too ). Ken and Mari Peters More
