DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Every single part of the experience at this dealership was a nightmare. The dealership itself is not that nice especially compared to other ones nowadays. It’s kind of dirty and they had the music so loud that you could barely even concentrate or hear somebody else talking. It took over an hour before I was even in a car test driving it because any car that I picked out, they couldn’t find where it was… Very unorganized. My salesman was not only eating a bagel while he was talking to me but also brought it into the car when we test drove it! I couldn’t believe it. He said that his manager told him that is unprofessional and I totally agreed. He said the F word a couple of times in front of me. He had no knowledge of the cars. The manager, Dame, repeatedly told me “he’s a straight shooter, no xx“, then kept on trying to convince me how other dealerships are going to xx me. My feeling is that if you’re not a xxxxxxxxxxx, you don’t have to keep saying it and all he was was xxxxxxxx. Plus, I was supposed to get a $50 visa gift card for taking a test drive and after four hours of being there, numerous requests for the gift card, even called two days later to tell them it was never emailed to me where the manager promised that he would have it to me within 24 hours, to no avail. When I finally bought my car at Thompson Hyundai (which was a dream experience) and they put in the number for me to get the gift card, come to find out that Len Stoler never even tried to get it for me. I honestly can’t believe in this day in age of customer service, how awful my experience was there. I think in the end it was meant to be so that I could buy a car at a great dealership. More

Never did I feel pressured to make a deal. It was very pleasant every time we stopped by or called with a question. Our salesman was John Chambers, he is amazing and was so good at explaining the way the Santa Fe and all its bells and whistles work to me. Gino and Darren are great managers and both went the extra mile to help us with this purchase. Others helped us too, everyone went out of their way. Chris in Service took care of a concern we had quickly and efficiently. Customer service is #1 here and it shows! It’s nice to be treated with courtesy & respect which turned wonderfully into feeling like family. That review was highly complimentary of the team that Darren has assembled, which is the best compliment that can be paid to a manager. The old saying about how the best salesman becomes the worst sales manager is just not true in Darren's case. On the one hand, he let his people do their job (and they did a fantastic job!) and on the other hand, he knew just where and how to intervene in order to get me the best deal. I was a manager myself (in health care finance) for many years, and I can recognize when a fellow manager has a lot more tomorrows in his career than yesterdays. Darren is going to do great things, and I'm so appreciative that his efforts in my buying transaction really do constitute "a great thing." More
