My experience at Len Stoler Hyundai was a wonderful one. This is the second Santa Fe that I have purchased from this dealership. And also the second one from the same salesperson. I was so pleased to find that the salesperson James Matthews was still there. He was so helpful the last time and even more so this time. He really takes the time to go over everything about the car and make you feel very comfortable before taking it home. He is a wonderful asset to that dealership. I love my new car and James was not pushy. He knows what my driving habits are and recommended the perfect car for me. And he is a man of his word. When he says he will do something. I will start by saying, I gave an 3(ok) for Price because I wanted a lower monthly bill. But it is NOT to fault Len Stoler or Jay for my barely there downpayment, and my not so good credit. But I must say Jay Never made my sister or I feel like less of a customer. My sister and I are so grateful in how Jay made the transition of getting a new car a breeze. He not only help us, He was also able to help my parents and that means alot to me. He made sure we got a full tank of gas for giving a referral. He was super helpful and I think he deserves dealer of the year. Thank God for Jay and the Hyundai dealership team we will be forever grateful. More
I buy my cars under DC Power Systems, Inc. When I went to the dealership I knew what car I wanted. Since it wasn't at the Owings Mills car lot Morris made calls and found the car that I had decided on and ha the dealership I knew what car I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. Morris knew everything about the Ford Explorer and explained it to us before we left the dealership. Certainly was better than trying to figure it out with a book. I have bought other cars at Len Stoler,such as the Escape I traded in & a F250 pickup under Action Batteries. I had sent my sister, Doris Funk, to Len Stoler Hyundai to get her car last spring. She is very pleased, also, with the car and the service she receives from this dealership. My daughter, Deb Reuter, Md. Battery, just bought a Ford Expedition EL last week from this dealership & my son-in-law is now looking for a new Ford F350 Pickup and will get it from here also. If we didn't get such good service from the employees we would certainly be looking elsewhere for our Fords. More
I set myself up for a day of negotiating, hours in finance, and the back and forth game that the typical dealerships give you. This dealership was far beyond that! Once I picked out my vehicle, moments later I had a price that was far less then I expected. I was in and out of finance quickly, and everyone I dealt with from my Salesman, Sales Manager, and Finance Manager gave buying a car an exciting moment, instead of the dreadful worry of being taken advantage of. Even the General Manager came out and offered us drinks, and thanked us for our visit. I would highly recommend this dealership and everyone involved to all my family and friends. I drove 2 hours for a specific vehicle they had, and would drive 4 if I had to do it all over again!!!! Thanks for everything!! More

On 11/25/12 I visited the Len Stoler Ford dealership looking at a 2012 Ford Flex. I had talked to our sales rep starting in September but didn't settle on a price. I came back in November to offer mor looking at a 2012 Ford Flex. I had talked to our sales rep starting in September but didn't settle on a price. I came back in November to offer more money for the same car that was still on the lot. Our sales rep was very helpful and one of my first questions was to confirm that 0% financing was still available following our conversation about it in September. He confirmed that it was. I negotiated price with Mr. Damian Shepard. We shook hands on the price. I came back that afternoon with my wife to complete the paperwork and buy the car. After divulging our financial information and signing documents we reviewed the car for delivery. After about 2 hours we met with the finance manger. We signed some more documents and he explained that our registration was transferred from our trade in vehicle to the new car. Then the finance manager pulled up the finance documents for us to electronically sign. I noticed that there was over $3K in interest charges and a 3.89% rate. Absolutely no conversation took place prior to that with ANY mention of interest rate other than my several conversation with our sales rep regarding the 0% finance deal. We cancelled the deal and demanded our registration be switched back to our current vehicle. While in the Finance Manager's office our sales rep popped his head in to ask how things were going. I replied, not well the deal is done. He replied "what's wrong"? I said there was a 3.98% interest rate not zero. His response was "what do you mean it isn't 0%". After getting our finance documents shredded I went onto the showroom floor and asked Damian Shepard how do I get a hold of Len Stoler. His response was I don't know... go to the website. All he did was insist that 0% finance was never discussed and accused me of calling him a liar. I informed Damian that I discussed 0% financing with our sales rep in Damian's office with Damian present. Not to mention multiple times prior with our sales rep. Similar to the 11/20 review on DealerRater.com, we felt this was very deceptive. I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The Corporate Director of Sales, Mr. Galarza, responded to BBB based on a very slanted story from his sales management. Their claim was we were offered rebates or 0% financing. Absolutely not true. That was only discussed after we noticed the interest rate on the finance documents. I called Mr. Galarza to explain my perspective on the situation. He was attentive and courteous. Unfortunately the sales management at the Ford store doesn't follow that same practice. Seems troubling that I am the second complaint within one month regarding the same type of sales practice and the same sales manager. We did not buy the car nor did I ask for any financial consideration following. Just want to help other customers be informed with a large purchase decision. More
