I visited this dealer due to a vehicle that was in stock. The price they gave me was good but when getting ready to close-they tell me it was the wrong vehicle they quoted me on. The sales manager tries to put the blame on me as I should know all the numbers. I had to leave due to other obligations so I left. The only reason I came back was due to the professional action from the customer relations manager-she was the only one that held it together. I emailed with her and got the exact numbers on this car. I came back in 4 days to do the deal on the agreed numbers. I'm told it would take 30 minutes-well 2hours and 15 minutes later I'm called into the finance office. The finance guy brings the numbers up and they are nothing like what was agreed. They basically tried to get me for 47.00 more per month. The owner happened to be out side the finance room and he comments "this is one expensive SOB". I have heard of this before about 3 years back-similar situation. When I buy a car I want no BS and expect all numbers to be on the table. Len Stoler Ford now has a reputation with me and I wont unrest this. Many many people come to me for advice as I'm good with cars. I promise Len Stoler that I will be the SOB he says I am-I promise and I am a person of my word! More
I had credit issues and needed a truck for work. Sheila and Dame worked for over a week but finally got me approved. I couldn't be happier with my truck! I've already referred my co-workers! When I started looking for a new car I chose a dealer in my neighborhood. Even from the beginning they had a "we are doing you a favor attitude "- not a warm and fuzzy feeling. I decided to try Len Stoller even though it is a good hike from where I live. Was I ever happy I did!!!!! I felt the difference the second I walked through the door, a happy, welcoming feeling and then I met Jay McClenahan. The car I wanted was in the showroom and though he didn't know for sure I would buy it, he showed me everything inside and out and under the hood! There was never a hint of pressure. He spent an enormous amount of time with me. Everyone I met while there was friendly. So I bought it there that night. Even the financing part was painless with no pressure to purchase extras. The prices was higher than I had in mind but that's because I didn't have a trade-in nor did I have a clue how much the tax would be! I've told many people of my experience there and have recommended them and Jay to several people. My first service will be comming up soon and I'm quite sure I will be just as pleased with their service department. More

I purchased my 2013 San professional are just a few words I would use to describe my salesman Jay McClenahan, and the entire Len Stoler Hyundai team. I purchased my 2013 Santa Fe a few days ago and I am loving everything about it. Jay stayed in touch with me after I initially came to the dealership a few weeks ago. He answered all of my questions, and kept me informed on dealer incentives for the best price on the Santa Fe. I finally decided to buy and requested a color combination and features that were no longer available in the dealership inventory. Jay drove out of state to get my Santa Fe and had it detailed and ready to pick up the next day. Now that is SERVICE! I would encourage anyone reading this recommendation to ask for and deal with Jay McClenahan and the professional sales team at Len Stoler Hyundai. More

I walked into Len Stoler Ford this past Friday looking to test drive a Mustang Boss 302. I walked out a few hours later with the keys in hand. My experience started in Silver Spring, MD when I placed a call to Len Stoler Ford to inquire if they had the particular model in their inventory. A friendly assistant routed my call to the Sales Manager Damian Shepard, and he told me that the car was in stock. Both the assistant and Damian were friendly and energetic unlike another dealership I had called five minutes before. When I arrived at the dealership (after traversing terrible traffic on I95 and I695), Damian introduced me to Ilya Sigalov -- the sales professional who would be working with me that afternoon. Ilya is awesome; he immediately put me at ease after being stressed from the drive up. He was extremely knowledgeable about this particular car, but it was his passion about the car that made me feel inspired during the test drive. At this point I knew I wanted the car. After the usual delay in getting all my personal info and the info about my Toyota Corolla I was trading in, we were able to start negotiating. At no point during the negotiations did I feel pressured to buy the car. After Ilya running offers and counter-offers back and forth between me and Damian Shepard (ultimately Damian had the final approval), I was the proud owner of a 2013 Boss Mustang 302. I was VERY happy about the price I was able to get. Bill Dilliberti worked with me to get all the financing straightened out. He was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic. Overall, my experience was awesome. Everyone at Len Stoler Ford was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was truly great working with Ilya, Damian, and Bill. Len Stoler Ford would be the first place I look when it's time to buy another vehicle. More
