I went into this service center to have a dealer installed update to my sync system. I provided them accurate information from the syncmyride.com website for the most current update, but they insta installed update to my sync system. I called and spoke to them about it several times over the phone and they were extremely rude and refused to install the correct update that I paid for. I had to sit down with the maintenance advisor and conference call Ford Corporate to show that he was wrong before he agreed to fix the problem. This place is a complete joke! Customer service is the last thing on their mind. There are plenty of other reputable options for service, don't waste your time with Len Stoler Ford! More
I made most of my negotiation with Chaz Logan even before I showed up at the dealership. I live about 45 minutes away from the dealership so this was not my first choice. However I went ahead with my negotiations with Chaz over the phone. Chaz was very pleasant and offered me the best deal possible in the neighborhood. I thought this is one of the sales gimmick to get me to the dealership, but when I reached the dealership there was a warm feeling of welcome. All the sales reps were busy, but to make use of the time an associate provided us with test drive of Hyundai Elantra. When we returned we were introduced to Justin Skinner (man with a smile). Justin was so knowledgeable about the car that he quickly made us acquainted with all the features of the car. He answered all our questions and was very friendly. The amazing thing about this dealership was that no body was pushy. Justin then took us around to show other colors of the same car "Limited with Technology package". He gave his honest opinion about all the features of the car and color. We finally decided on the Sparkling Ruby with black interior. When it came to pricing I showed the quote that Chaz had offered us over the phone and without any further discussion the manager Mike agreed to the quote and said "we will honor the price". Since then my mind was at ease and the whole financing process was very smooth. The Finance manager Dona was not pushy about buying other packages, but she advised to extend the warranty to 10 years on computer parts and other mechanical parts. Now I have peace of mind for 10 years bumper to bumper coverage. Yes, I will highly recommend to all my friends and family to buy their next car from this dealership. They will beat the price you get from any other dealership. I will highly recommend "Justin Skinner" if you wish to have "Awesome!!" sales experience at this dealership. I am looking forward to similar experience when I take my car for car washes/Oil Changes/Regular Services etc,. Thank you Len Stoler for a great car buying experience of a great brand Hyundai. More

If you are thinking about buying a car or getting service work done please beware. I purchased a vehicle from this place and had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The owners do not care that their company is being handled by wolves in sheep clothing. I had my brakes replaced by vinny the mechanic and they did not need changing. Matt Grubb the service manager charged me 30 dollars for a tire rotation. Costed more than my oil change. James Kelly sold me a car overpriced and when I finally made it to the finance office Donna hale jacked up my interest rate. Wayne Kronstadt the service director knows customers are getting ripped off in the service department and allows it to happen because he only cares about numbers and not customers. More
I drove an hour away to expect great customer service, and hopefully drive away in a 2013 ford. So after looking around in it a few things were missing. I went on a test drive anyway, didn't ask me for license or insurance which was unprofessional every ford dealer I've ever been too made me have that out first hand. So we went inside and it just went downhill as if it hadn't already...the carfax showed a accident and on top of it it was a rental car. I was not at all thrilled about that knowing it was most likely beat up. But I figured ill just wait and see the numbers, after finding out it had no warranty after another 100 miles or so that would of been an extra two grand, as well as buying new tires because the ones they had on were almost bald. We wanted the warranty included in the price the manager storms in and says " I don't know what you think this is the 80's or something , we won't be having a deal thanks" VERY RUDELY, no counter offer such as I'll pay half...nothing. My father said is this how you treat your customers? How are you in business! They proceeded to argue and then we left. The only thing the manager wanted to do with is the numbers he didn't talk to us otherwise. WORST customer experience, Very unprofessional that sums it up! I'm one for my word and if you want to be jipped off than I recommend going to Len stoler ford! NEVER GOING BACK and I will make sure i let people know. I am currently dealing with Apple Ford in red lion and they are amazing! So nice and happy to help they re did my paperwork three times now truly wonderful . More
This place sucks. I called dave in parts to get a part for my truck. Dave said he would have the part in three days. So I made an appointment a week later. The next day I took a vacation day cause I could not get to work. I called around 230 pm to see how they were doing. Another Dave in service said he would check and call me back in a minute. After 50 minutes he called and said they did not have the part it was in NJ. I told him I was coming to get my truck cause I have to work and they did not care one bit. When I went in to get my keys they were rude and did not say one word about helping me out. THIS PLACE SUCKS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE BUT HERE. More

They also tried to add a $4000 surcharge for not financing the car. Because it was the only car like this I paid their jacked up price even with that they continued to throw in upcharges like pre delivery inspection and destination charges that are both included in the MSPR of the car. Probably some of the shadiest car dealings I ever experienced in my life. BEWARE and know your facts before you deal with them, or just be smart and go somewhere else if you can........ More
This dealership will not negotiate with you. Their prices are on average $1000 higher than what other dealerships are willing to give you. The manager is horrible. Little did he know I had to the money to pay for the car right then and there. James was the car salesman I spoke to. He said he would do his best to convince the manager, but all he did was give the manager the price I offered and waited for a response. He didn't even try. He was also criticizing me along with the manager loud enough for me to hear. Worse customer service ever! More

We were so confident with the Sonata that we chose not to give it a test drive. Highly recommend Len Stoler! More
