worse service ever I went up to this dealership looking for a taurus and I explained that my payment needed to be around 300.the sales men David said it wasn't an issue. No communication between sales associates.the manager was quite rude and told me I was too young to be driving the car I wanted.you are suppose to be helping me purchase a car not bashing what I pick. The sales associate helping us was friendly and that's honestly the only nice thing I can say about this dealership.I won't be going back. More

I thought all the slimy tactics classic for car dealerships were something of the past. Well, at Len Stoler - at least at the Hyundai dealership- it is the bad old days. I was offered a good price on a car after negotiating by email. It was a car they needed to get from another dealer far away I came in to put in a deposit (clue right there... I could have done it over the phone. They wanted me there because the more time you sit in the dealership, the more likely you are to cave to their ploys). First thing they did was ask me to forgo a 300 dollar extra discount they had agreed to. I acquiesced reluctantly because they were going a long way to get the car... but red flags went up in my mind. They asked me to start filling out financing info. I wasn't even sure if I would use the Hyundai promotional financing or my own. The manager came over and tried to bond with me...then said, since he was giving me such a good price, I would have to take the dealer financing, not promotional Hyundai financing, at double the interest....or he wouldn't sell me the car. It was a total deception. Give a good price, then take it away the deal somewhere else in the transaction. They thought I would roll over because I had already wasted an hour sitting there. Once someone is dishonest, the trust is gone. I wasn't going to do this. I left and will NEVER buy a car from them.. Those tactics are from the past. A dealership can't prosper with tactics like that....and they shouldn't. I hope they clean up their act More

Len Stoler Dealership Fan! I recently bought a 2014 Elantra GT. My previous car was a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, so needless to say, I am not up to speed on the new technology of I recently bought a 2014 Elantra GT. Thanks to Justin Skinner, sales consultant at Len Stoler, it was a really enjoyable experience. He was professional, friendly and patiently answered any questions that I had about all the gadgets, buttons and features of the car. I didn't feel rushed and it was actually fun! I love my new car! Oh, and did I mention free oil changes and car washes? If you are in the market for a new car, check out this dealership! More

The shady tactics run all through the dealership from management in sales to the easily overwhelmed service managers. It's puzzling how such a customer unfriendly business remains open. Ritchie, he did a car search and found the car for me. Not only did i get the car the same day I got the BEST PRICE. I didnt even have to haggle!!!! He even showed me the TrueCar pricing after we closed the deal. We were under that price!!! I'm not even done yet. then on top of everything else he gave me free oil changes for life!!!!! He had to talk to his service manager but he got it done. This is the ONLY car i've ever bought and felt like I was talkin care of and it was a great and quick process!! If anyone is in the market to buy a car see T.j. Ritchie. Hes the most honest salesman I've ever met he explains everything thats going on every step of the way and of course he will get you the best price WITHOUT any haggleing. Great Over All Experience I came in to check out a vehicle I saw from thier online inventory. After test driving it I found that I was no longer interested. Mark went above and beyond to find me another vehicle that better suited my needs. It was a little bit out of my price range but Mark was able to get the sales manager to come down a little on the price and they gave me a great trade in value for my old car. They had no no hidden fees unlike other dealships I shopped at during my search. No reconditioning fees, no certification fees, no inspection fees. Mark was straight forward and absolutity no pressure. If you want to get a great car for a great price stop in and ask for Mark Lenick. More
