Its been over 2 months and I have gotten no concrete response from Finance. They have to return over 4k and i'm still just waiting being given the run around. The loan has long been paid off yet no one at the dealer (who according to Ford Financial is who must now refund me) know when I will get the money. More

I noticed that the salesman had forwarded the manager my email and changed the subject line to "xxxxxxxx". I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in all my life, and I have purchased new cars directly from dealers for years.
