Not Happy after purchase Very disappointed with the customer service after I bought the vehicle. I purchased a car back in march, I traded the vehicle in 3 months ago and now Very disappointed with the customer service after I bought the vehicle. I purchased a car back in march, I traded the vehicle in 3 months ago and now i'm waiting for my extended warranty/service/gap/etc refund. Its been over 2 months and I have gotten no concrete response from Finance. They have to return over 4k and i'm still just waiting being given the run around. The loan has long been paid off yet no one at the dealer (who according to Ford Financial is who must now refund me) know when I will get the money. More

Was referred to as "xxxxxxx" in email correspondence After corresponding with the salesman through email, I received a rudely worded email from the Sales Manager. I noticed that the salesman had forward After corresponding with the salesman through email, I received a rudely worded email from the Sales Manager. I noticed that the salesman had forwarded the manager my email and changed the subject line to "xxxxxxxx". I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in all my life, and I have purchased new cars directly from dealers for years. I would buy a car from a junk yard before I would give these rude people a dime. My review has been edited to remove the word used, but it starts with A and ends with Hole. More
