Could have done more + .. I was given one key to the vehicle. I was told I would have to purchase a second key at my expense. I received too much undesirable warranty in I was given one key to the vehicle. I was told I would have to purchase a second key at my expense. I received too much undesirable warranty information before I could sign the contract. A simple question upfront (with a yes or no answer) was all that was needed/desired. Supplying me with the additional key (not at my expense) would have gone a long way to me having a better opinion of your dealership. More

After receiving my ok to do the work, the price I was given before the work was completed was the same when the job was done. My appointment took about the amount of time he estimated. I was given a clear explanation of the work and service completed and future needs. The team also looked into an issue with my car that may need to be addressed later and found the price for parts and installation. The young lady who handled my checkout was also professional and friendly. I have appreciated the way I have been treated over the last 5 years but the people in your service department. More
