Steadily getting worse with each visit I always wait for my vehicle because I work so far away. I went in this time for oil change and an alignment. The car pulled to the right before ser I always wait for my vehicle because I work so far away. I went in this time for oil change and an alignment. The car pulled to the right before service, now it pulls to the left. There was poor communication as the service advisor left and the other advisors did not know if my car was completed. When I finally got my car, the mechanics greasy fingerprints were on the light fabric parts of the interior. I never REALLY like going to the dealer anyway, but the proximity made it easier. I'll just start going elsewhere, it's not worth the convenience anymore. More

Wayne! You just Bought our Vehicle I found some issues with my new 2018 F- 350 truck from paint scratch to air valve issues. And interior broken latch problem. I feel initially the service rep did not call me in a timely manner to inform me that they could not do repairs until parts came in? Because I had no other form of transportation I after I had to call and find out what my truck status.? Which was I could leave it but I could not. They never mention about temp transportation until they fix my discrepancy issues.. They did not mention if I needed a shuttle ride or that they offered that service..I then had bring truck back for an additional three days for the body repair to get fix. Overall I was pleased with the work performed. Thanks Wayne Fields More
