I was told by Chrylser Corp. to go to them to get a refund on my Chrylser extended warranty bought from Chryler. My car was totaled July 24, 2012. He told me it was taken care of. I called Chrysler to check why after Oct. 25, I had not heard anything about refund. They said it was never taken care of. I called on Wed.10/24/2012 two different times, left message. Called back Thurs. 25th, he was off. Called again Friday 26th left message, have not heard from him yet. I went to dealership in Waynesboro, Pa.. They did the filing while I was there, which took 5 minutes. I today (ll-2-2012) received my refund. Guess he did not want to bother with, but he could have said so instead of my waiting for months for my refund. More
I emailed the dealer to get a price quote on a jeep wrangler unlimited that was listed on their website. Erik Sparks was the salesmen that responded to my email and was unable to find the vehicle even after sending hime the link from their website. He emailed me back asking some multiple choice questions and open ended questions to get a better idea of what I was looking for. I answered all questions, highlighting multiple choice questions in red font and answer open ended questions with full text also in red to stand out from the original black font text questions. The following was his reply. "I am more confused now than before we started! You did not actually answer any question that I asked and it would be extremely difficult for me to get the information from you via osmosis or through my crystal ball. I do not at all understand about you selling a vehicle to Carmax, like as if they would actually pay more for a vehicle than any other Dealership. Maybe a few years ago before they lost over 1 BILLION dollars for paying too much for automobiles. Why don't you do both of us a favor and bring the FJ in, let me appraise it for you and you can pick out exactly what you want and then I can work up the numbers for you that way." I had answered all the questions and explained what I wanted pretty clearly. Irregardless, that response he gave is no way to speak to a customer. I posted a general question about the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and he answered it in the most professional and helpful way. He even went out of his way to find what I was looking for since I search through all the Dealer's here in New England via the Internet and found none. He has since even gone on to answer a few more questions even tho I told him I could not come down that way to see and purchase it and believe me if I lived near there I would ! He told me he would still advise me on my purchase up here with any questions that I may have. It looks like I will just wait for the 2013 models because I am not in a super rush to by. Otherwise I would be taking the train, bus or fly down there. There is a saying where people " go the EXTRA mile " ...... Well Justin seams to be one of the those that goes way beyond that ! I hope you value him as very good employee because in my life (58 years) of buying many new vehicles I have not met many a Salesman I have enjoyed working with. I had my eye on one particular 2008 Dodge Charger and was able to buy it from them with 2 hours including the te Stoler Jeep in Westminster Maryland. I rate Lens Stoler as great in most areas as I walked in there with little hope of getting a good deal on a newer car and walked out with pretty much exactly what I wanted. I give top marks to Justin Chenoweth at Len Stoler Dodge in Westminster. I visited their dealership for a test drive of a 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T. The vehicle was exactly the specification I wanted and Justin was very cordial and accomodating during my visit--I had my four year old son with me and he could not have been nicer to him. Justin assisted me in getting the test drive I needed to make my decision, allowing me to install my son's car seat and take an extended drive. Upon returning we began negotiations on trade-in value and price of the new car. I must say that this experience was quite refreshing after the past few vehicle purchases which involved extended periods of waiting for the back-room conversations to happen. In this case, the entire process of test drive, negotiation and sale took less than three hours--so my praise extends to the general manager and finance manager as well. The trade value was excellent, we negotiated to a very reasonable price, and the financing they were able to secure was exceptional. The car was well prepped and Justin did a great job of reviewing its features with me. All in all, I recommend this dealership--worth the drive from Harford County like I did. More

It handles great in thunderstorms and the safety rating is one of the things that help to sale us on our purchase. The ride is comfortable and we are quite pleased with our purchase. Would be buy another Jeep product from this dealer. You bet! More
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They gave us a price and when we went back to purchase the vehicle they couldn't get to that price again, they came close so we did more dealership. They made promises and couldn't stand up to them with installation of a Bluetooth! The salesman didn't know the vehicle and he didn't know how to turn off the 4X4. Who sells a car with an EMPTY tank of gas. I don't know if they were the idiots or if it was us for actually buying the vehicle! The salesman was caught in lie after lie, he felt so bad that he tried to buy my husband off with a handful of $$$$. What the flip is that, it just showed that he was WRONG! Never again will we buy a car from there, and I'm thinking about returning it! More
