The store's new managers are attentive, respectful, and beat the price on both the new car and my trade-in value was more then other dealers. The new car sales manager Gabrielle even offered to help me navigate thru other manufacturers if need be, now that's great service. Wish they could all be that way, but from now on I will only be buying my cars at Len Stoler Jeep. More

They fixed me up with a car, sent me the information and she was able to test drive the next day. They set us up with Dwayne, Matt and Curt and were able to close deal on Saturday ( 3 days after knowing about the car). They were all very nice and it was a smooth closing. More

WARNING. Do not buy from Len Stoler jeep in Westminster WARNING. Do not buy from Len Stoler jeep in Westminster Maryland !!! They will not stand behind their vehicles--instead, they hide behind their pap WARNING. Do not buy from Len Stoler jeep in Westminster Maryland !!! They will not stand behind their vehicles--instead, they hide behind their paperwork--do not trust anything they say!!! I purchased a used SUV--At the time of purchase, they tried to sale me an aftermarket warranty for $2,500.00--when this vehicle's "Len Stloer's" window sticker stated this came with a 12 month 12,000 mile power train warranty included--they neglected to inform me that there was a warranty already included in the price--instead they tried to sale me one!!! The first problem I encountered was when I called to insure this SUV. Len Stoler, of course, provided a "clean" CARFAX; however, my insurance company advised me that a claim was filed on this vehicle in May of this year (2013)... This vehicle was damaged and repaired... The dealership said they have a "clean" CARFAX--again--hid behind that paperwork! After only two weeks, the transmission went out. First, they said that they would fix the transmission because it's only been two weeks! After they kept my vehicle for a week, they refused to fix the transmission because it was too expensive!!! I called the corporate office, spoke to the "corporate director"--what a joke this guy is!!! He said it was his decision not to fix my vehicle--"as is means as is!" When you pay $13,000 for a vehicle, you would expect it to last longer than two weeks!! I reminded him that it's only been two weeks! He replied it wouldn't matter if it was only two days, he would not fix this vehicle--"as is means as is!' Again cowering behind his paperwork--what a joke!!! I then told him that in the packet I received after purchase, contained the "Len Stoler" window sticker that was placed and removed from my vehicle by the dealership prior to my purchase-and I was unaware, nor was I made aware that this vehicle came with a 12 month 12,000 mile power train warranty included!!!.. When I brought that fact to his attention, he was ready and again cowered behind his paperwork, and refused to honor that warranty and went on to say that the fact that this vehicle was offered with a warranty and that I was not made aware of that was irrelevant--as is means as is! I then told him, he should not be in business if he refuses stand behind his product, and he cowers behind his paperwork! He then told me that he would have my vehicle removed from his lot and placed in the street--and that I could pick it up there--this guy is corporate material--really? This is the guy that's running Len Stoler's dealerships--or should I say ruining Len Stoler's dealerships? I feel sorry for all of Len Stoler's employees--they have to work for this guy--he's loosing business for the dealership! Anyway, of the three weeks that I've owned this vehicle, it spent a week and a half in Len Stoler's shop and in all that time the only thing they repaired was the broken mirror which was agreed to at purchase and the third brake light which they were required to fix by Maryland state inspection! **** Do not purchase anything from Len Stoler!!! **** More
Rude customer service, did not listen to customers request to be emailed and not called. Unwilling to negotiate. Car was covered in dust and had high miles for only being 1 to 2 years old. They pressu request to be emailed and not called. Unwilling to negotiate. Car was covered in dust and had high miles for only being 1 to 2 years old. They pressure wash the cars on the lot thus affecting the clear coat. I will ever buy another car from Len Stoler. More
We are in the process of purchasing our second vehicle through Justin and Len Stoler Dodge. I purchased my 2011 Dodge Ram last February and are buying a 2013 Durango R/T now. After searching for the exa through Justin and Len Stoler Dodge. I purchased my 2011 Dodge Ram last February and are buying a 2013 Durango R/T now. After searching for the exact model and color we wanted for weeks, Justin offered the option to order one exactly the way we want it. Justin is salesman in the most professional sense. He listens, knows his product, and offers solutions to his customers. I have and will continue to refer family and friends to Justin. There are quite a few Chrysler dealers in the Baltimore area. Even if you have to drive past a couple to get to Westminster, do it and ask for Justin Chenoweth. The finance manager, Curt, is very helpful and knowlegeble as well. More
I was told by Chrylser Corp. to go to them to get a refund on my Chrylser extended warranty bought from Chryler. My car was totaled July 24, 2012. He told me it was taken care of. I called Chrysl refund on my Chrylser extended warranty bought from Chryler. My car was totaled July 24, 2012. He told me it was taken care of. I called Chrysler to check why after Oct. 25, I had not heard anything about refund. They said it was never taken care of. I called on Wed.10/24/2012 two different times, left message. Called back Thurs. 25th, he was off. Called again Friday 26th left message, have not heard from him yet. I went to dealership in Waynesboro, Pa.. They did the filing while I was there, which took 5 minutes. I today (ll-2-2012) received my refund. Guess he did not want to bother with, but he could have said so instead of my waiting for months for my refund. More
I emailed the dealer to get a price quote on a jeep wrangler unlimited that was listed on their website. I explained that I DID NOT want to trade in my current vehicle, as I planned to sell it privatel wrangler unlimited that was listed on their website. I explained that I DID NOT want to trade in my current vehicle, as I planned to sell it privately and use the money towards something else. Erik Sparks was the salesmen that responded to my email and was unable to find the vehicle even after sending hime the link from their website. He emailed me back asking some multiple choice questions and open ended questions to get a better idea of what I was looking for. I answered all questions, highlighting multiple choice questions in red font and answer open ended questions with full text also in red to stand out from the original black font text questions. The following was his reply. "I am more confused now than before we started! You did not actually answer any question that I asked and it would be extremely difficult for me to get the information from you via osmosis or through my crystal ball. I do not at all understand about you selling a vehicle to Carmax, like as if they would actually pay more for a vehicle than any other Dealership. Maybe a few years ago before they lost over 1 BILLION dollars for paying too much for automobiles. Why don't you do both of us a favor and bring the FJ in, let me appraise it for you and you can pick out exactly what you want and then I can work up the numbers for you that way." I had answered all the questions and explained what I wanted pretty clearly. Irregardless, that response he gave is no way to speak to a customer. He then had the nerve to ask me to come in and meet with him to which I declined. More
