Excellent Service and Service Writter I called my service writter Chelsea Jefferson at Len Stoler about scheduling an oil change along with changing spark plugs, etc., possibly the next da I called my service writter Chelsea Jefferson at Len Stoler about scheduling an oil change along with changing spark plugs, etc., possibly the next day? She said no problem for the next morning. Upon my arrival Chelsea was reviewing my trucks history and noted at 105,000 the coolant had not been replaced and should be. I agreed it should be done also. I had dropped off my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 at 8 AM and it was completed while I waited in only a few hours. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the service my vehicle needs. They have worked on my truck in the past and wouldn't think of going any where else. Nice job! More

Worst Experience Ever used manager ignored kbb dealer value & edmunds TMV info when offered over these values for 07 vehicle and gave up an $11K deal over $800 based on rep used manager ignored kbb dealer value & edmunds TMV info when offered over these values for 07 vehicle and gave up an $11K deal over $800 based on repairs made to be able to sell the vehicle which the bottom line is I would have been paying for the repairs that were mostly done in order for the vehicle to pass inspection- didn't even look at my information ... the vehicle details used to obtain the values were based on the vehicle being in very good condition which would not have been the case without the repairs ...also had a new or inexperienced sales lady... very disappointing and it was a cash deal! More

That was all we really said, and our salesman Andrew immediately thought of the first vehicle that would best suit us, and he couldn't have been more spot on for our needs. The vehicle is AWD, has backup assistance (which is great to have as a mom with stuff always going on in the car!), storage compartments for every seat (so my car doesn't look like a disaster of baby stuff exploded), and even built in booster seats. It has a third row that folds up, also! Andrew hit the nail on the head thinking of this as a fit for us. He was informative, friendly, attentive and caring towards our needs. He helped us get in the exact price range we needed to be, and spent a lot of time working with us. If there wasn't a way, Andrew made one! The sales manager was attentive and informative, as well. Everyone was pleasant and enthusiastic with our toddler and made our experience wonderful. More
