Three items (including steps so my wife who is the driver of the new Jeep can get in the vehicle) were ordered as part of the sale and I was told they should arrive in two to three days. After one week with no info I called, and fortunately Dwayne learned all three items had arrived and I could call Service for installation. After three calls and Service never answered, I finally got an answer and was asked to hold -- it turns out for 10 minutes! The final straw was that I was told I could be scheduled for installation in TWO WEEKS -- three weeks after delivery of the Wrangler. By now my patience was gone and frustration high and I tried to explain politely to the service person that this was a brand new purchase by a new customer, that the driver of the vehicle could not yet drive or get into the Jeep -- and now we were expected to wait two more weeks for a three week total. This caused a breakthrough and I was scheduled for installation in three days, but I would have to leave the vehicle all day for what had been estimated to be a 1.5 to 2.5 hour service. Not a good start for a new customer! Stay tuned for the result. SUMMARY-- Sales and delivery excellent!! Installation of parts included in new car sale -- Not so good. Hopefully the parts and service folks will be able to rebuild my confidence over time, so I can rate them as highly as the sales people I dealt with. More

I was told it was so I drove over an hour to the show room to find out that the car had not gone through Maryland inspection, and could not be sold. I did find another car which I liked. The back cover inside the car that covers the spare tire was missing. When I decided to buy the car I was told that I could have it in a few days. It has now been a almost 2 months and I still don't have it. When it came to do the financing I showed up already pre-qualified for the loan amount. Sat in the show room for 4 hours waiting on them to get the paperwork done. It never did that night. The sales man got me a dealer tags so I was able to driver the car home that night. It took over a week for them to get me the paperwork to sign. No one ever went over the paperwork with me or showed me the numbers. Some poor auto tech drove the paperwork out to me to sign. The temp tag I was given has the color of the car RED, the car is a pearl white (not even close). I will never buy a car for you again. This project started at the beginning of December and it is now near the end of January and I still don't everything at was agreed to in the deal. It took you over a month to get the financing paperwork to the loan company. More
Great Experience We had a vehicle brought in from another dealership. Geoff got all of the necessary information and paperwork completed. He took me to the garage so that I could do a walk around of the vehicle. Geoff explained all of the features on the van. He is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend dealing with Geoff if you need a vehicle. Curt as always was great.. I have worked with Curt on buying all of our last three vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased our last three vehicles from Len Stoler CDJR. I have to say it’s the best dealership I have dealt with in the Baltimore area. No shady stuff or pressure tactics used. More

Difficult to talk to a service person, actual service good It was very frustrating trying to actually talk to a service person to make an appointment. I was calling a number that appeared to go this dealer but It was very frustrating trying to actually talk to a service person to make an appointment. I was calling a number that appeared to go this dealer but the person who was answering was not at my local dealer, she told me she was transferring me to a service person at my dealer but it just went to a voice system, I tried several other times and it just rang and rang and rang. I had to call about 6 times before a service person actually answered the phone. I don't mind if someone answers and puts me on hold for a few minutes but I think it's terrible customer service to just not answer. I was able to get an appt that day to deal with a tire that needed plugged, they found the issue immediately and fixed it quickly. And the wifi in this dealer is really good for those who wait. More
