Technicians assumed problem would be resolved with update The technicians assumed the warranty issue I'm having with the Stop/Start system would be resolved by the updates they had to perform on the truck, B The technicians assumed the warranty issue I'm having with the Stop/Start system would be resolved by the updates they had to perform on the truck, Because the updates had to be done, they just hoped it would be the fix without actually diagnosing the issue. This is not acceptable to me. When there is an issue with a brand new vehicle I expect the issue to be properly diagnosed. The vehicle I purchased is quiet expensive and I would expect better service. More
