Backup camera Have been dealing with the backup camera not working and showing either a blank screen or hist snow. It has been looked at at least three times withou Have been dealing with the backup camera not working and showing either a blank screen or hist snow. It has been looked at at least three times without being fixed. They looked at it and said they could not reproduce it but I have pictures to show what it does. When asking about it while picking up, I was told it will break eventually which is the complete wrong answer. I explained that the issue is either a wiring issue or it is the controller since the camera does seem to show a clean picture when it works and the console in the truck never has any issues except with the camera. That tells me it is one of the above. I was told again that it will break eventually. To me that is not the right answer and the controller should be replaced to see if that fixes it. If not then it would be a wiring issue. I am not happy about this since I have had the truck in there multiple times for the camera with no resolve yet. To tell the customer it will break eventually is not a good answer when we are paying a lot of money for our vehicle every month. More
