I had figured out what I wanted in a van and this one on their lot had most but not all of what I wanted. I didn't intend to purchase that same day but the Sales Team made me an offer that was fair and I couldn't walk away from it. And I didn't need to play games with them to get to that point. It was a fair deal and I appreciated the forthright no hassle manner in which the Sales Team operated. Financing was a breeze and was completed in about 30 minutes.
