After going to numerous Dodge dealerships looking for the right deal on a new truck, I can honestly say that Jake was the ONLY salesman to not text, call, or email me constantly to the point that I considered blocking his number. He sent me a follow up after about a month via email, and that was it! That was probably the part that stuck in my head the most. His lack of constant follow ups was what made me go back in a second time. It didn’t hurt that they had the perfect truck for me that nowhere else had and he pushed for me to get the best deal possible on it. He ALSO was able to get me the best deal for my trade in that any dealership gave me. All around, I was super pleased with my experience and I definitely would work with him again if I was not moving so far away. More

You told me that your dealership had a Jeep Cherokee like the one I wanted to test drive; however, that Jeep Cherokee was just a little bit more. When it came to that vehicle's on-line quote and the written quote proposed by the dealership, the two were different in their bottom lines. I asked why and I was told that it was due to incentives for which I did not qualify. I was disappointed but I like the vehicle that I saw. More
