Well after only I attempted for me they moved to my friend, who had a better credit score. And pretty much stopped helping me out. So I went home. Got on the internet and found a truck. Which was on there lot. And had to go to a Chevy dealer. They were able to get me in a truck. Thanks to Ryan Jones at there used truck lot. More
Failure to Follow Through New Ram 2500 delivered with check engine light present after salesman decided to leave. Business Manager did not provide routine OBD II scan to diagn New Ram 2500 delivered with check engine light present after salesman decided to leave. Business Manager did not provide routine OBD II scan to diagnose a P0562 Code prior to a five hour drive with brand new vehicle. Dealer installed front license plate on steel bumper without inserting plastic pedal for screw contact through square hole in front bumper. This resulted in the metallic screw gouging paint on front bumper. New truck was delivered without bed drain plug 55359234AC installed. Dealership agreed to provide missing plug and paint for gouge in front bumper, but after waiting for six weeks for delivery of small routine parts, all that was received was an incorrect drain plug which did not even cover the drain hole in the truck bed. This part has delayed installation of a necessary bedliner in truck and should be present on the brand new vehicle at time of delivery. Truck tire pressures were set at 80 psig (cold) in front tire upon deliver. Ram specifies 65 psig in tire. This resulted in poor steering response until corrected. It was stated to register truck as Class 3 over three separate occasions during purchase. Registration was received six weeks later with incorrect Class 4A registration. Do not expect this dealership to follow through and do what they say they are going to do to complete a transaction without significant hassle and waste of time. Several phone calls over the course of six weeks resulted in no definitive action by the dealership to remedy very routine missing items. More
