Clueless in Service Day I bought my Jeep they could not get 2 bottom bolts out of tag holder. Gentlemen stripped them trying to take them off. Had no Bracket ready for up Day I bought my Jeep they could not get 2 bottom bolts out of tag holder. Gentlemen stripped them trying to take them off. Had no Bracket ready for upgraded bumper added to my Jeep. So left with only 2 bolts holding back tag and front tag in window. Jump ahead a week later I go to get bolts on bottom back tag removed and replaced and front tag bracket installed. 1 hour later told my Jeep is ready. Go outside as 1 if the young men from service department follows me whispering Sir, Sir....you may have to pull back in. Proceeds to show me the other guy put bracket on backward and upside down. Tag still in window. After complaining they stand around kinda pointing fingers only to ask me to pull back in. I had other appointments to get to and couldn't wait another hour or probably more since they would have had more to do now. Needless to say I have to leave and reschedule for following week. 1 hour later at my parents and showing my Dad only to realize they didn't even replace the rear bolts on bottom of tag, just removed stripped ones. So to end this review my father and I removed winch plate, flipped bracket and fixed, attached tag, replaced 2 back bottom bolts. 10 MINUTES! Anyway, my Salesman was Great and couldn't have been better!! But their Service department seemed completely incompetent as to what was going on. One guy, the whisperer knew how to do it, but the other guy was given the job, when he came out he looked at sales manager and said I told you I di6know what I was doing I've never done this!! Social service department was horrible sales department with great! More

4 hour wait! I came in at 11am for an oil change, and asked for a wash too. My truck was ready at 3pm :o( I chose to wait because last time the oil change only too I came in at 11am for an oil change, and asked for a wash too. My truck was ready at 3pm :o( I chose to wait because last time the oil change only took an 60 to 75 minutes Apparently the oil change was done, but I was waiting for the complimentary car wash most of that time and no one told me. I would have easily skipped the wash had someone communicated with me that it would take longer. I don't recall anyone saying their name. I did see the receptionist's name tag, but I can not recall it, so I am going to guess a name to check here, because the system is requiring that I do so. More
