We traveled 1.5 hours to find out that was not true, so I had to do what I hate the most about buying a vehicle......….haggle with the mysterious manager. My "post agreement to buy" inspection revealed a missing wheel lug & multiple wheel lugs loose. My wife & I test drove the truck when I first got there, which bothered me even more. Truck was taken back to fix issue. My wife & I were upset (emotionally and visibly), but there was no offer (i.e. monetary reduction, warranty upgrade) from the general manager to possibly ease our anxiety. He did give me his card & said call me if you have any questions. I said again, I'm 1.5 hours away, for which he smiled, shook my hand & walked away. Lastly, there was ZERO overview of the truck's controls & operations. I guess I'll learn as I go. It was basically sign & go. More
