One of the Easiest Truck Buying Experiences I Have Had Aside from the good deal I received, I have never had such a great experience at a Dealer. When I first arrived, it was just me and my daughter. Whenever something required my attention, Dave stepped in and entertained my daughter for me. The dealership truly gives you the family feel and so far they have went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a low-stress and seamless as possible. The only reason I am giving 4 stars for quality of work are the issues I am having with the truck I purchased. I bought the truck in the evening so I apparently missed a good amount of scratches along the drivers side. In addition, the passenger rear tire has a slow leak. I do trust that all of it will be taken care of based on my experience up to this point. More

Went in for oil change tire rotation and UConnect update they had my jeep for 3 hours and never updates the UConnect. Not happy about this at all. Called mgr and never tried to make it right just said sorry they had my jeep for 3 hours and never updates the UConnect. Not happy about this at all. Crysler used a technicality to screw me. When I bought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I purchased the Lifetime Extended Warranty. Since day 1 I performed every maintenance requirement. Since When I bought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I purchased the Lifetime Extended Warranty. Since day 1 I performed every maintenance requirement. Since day 1, every 6 months I had my vehicle into Len Stoler Service department to have an oil change, tire rotation and any maintenance required or needed. Every maintenance issue was performed at Len Stoler except for a lift kit I had put on. I even took the JK to Len Stoler immediately after the lift kit was put on to make sure everything was still in spec. Now I have a real problem, my transmission needs to be replaced. Crysler rejects the repair and cancels the extended warranty solely because I had the lift kit put on. This wasn't an outrageous lift kit only 3.5". Tires were only 35s. This was simply a case of Crysler wanting to find an out in order to not honor the extended warranty. I have been a loyal customer to Len Stoler. Len Stoler should have been my advocate. Their attitude is,...its not them its Crysler. Well may be. When I got my vehicle to have it towed to a transmission repair place I had a $125 diagnostic fee I had to pay. Not a big deal but if Len Stoler truly valued me as a loyal customer and had true sympathy the could have put forth a gesture such as saying something like...Len Stoler is sorry for how Crysler is treating you. There would have been a $125 diagnostic fee but we are going to waive it because we still value you and want you to keep coming to us for your service needs. Or they could have waived part of it except their labor rate. But no, they had to get their cut too. No question that they are not looking out for me and my being a loyal customer meant anything. All I can say is that from now on, I am only coming to Len Stoler for what I absolutely have to. More
