I’ve had my vehicle there 4 times since November for same thing. Jennifer is wonderful in taking all information and keeping her customers informed. However the service manager JD is arrogant towards custome thing. Jennifer is wonderful in taking all information and keeping her customers informed. I purchased a 2015 wrangler last month. I was not informed that the vehicle only came with one key until after the paperwork was signed. I was then informed that a new key could be made easily and it informed that the vehicle only came with one key until after the paperwork was signed. I was then informed that a new key could be made easily and it could even be duplicated at Walmart, which as I found out was not the case. I called a local dealership and I was quoted $275 to have a new key made since it is a chipped key. I emailed the salesman at Len Stoler to express my disappointment and to see if anything could be done but he never returned my email. I emailed him again and did not receive a response. I then emailed a manager at Len Stoler twice about the situation and did not receive a reply to either email. And the vehicle they sold me has a mechanical issue with the clutch. More
