Window regulator broke while we were picking up our other vehicle from an oil change. The service writer, Kirk Garrett, secured the window from leaking water until they could fix it and got me a quote on vehicle from an oil change. I showed up at my appointment time and the team immediately went to work on my oil change and checkup. The accommodations for the wait were quite comfortable and the staff inside the dealership was immediately went to work on my oil change and checkup.
