My experience started like it would at any middle of the line dealer, pretty average. It took a negative turn very quickly when I went back for the 2nd visit and was attempting to negotiate with the sale line dealer, pretty average. It took a negative turn very quickly when I went back for the 2nd visit and was attempting to negotiate with the sales manager, “Jeff”. I simply asked why the windshield crack wasn’t fixed and he bowed up and I thought he was going to jump over the counter at me. I’ve never witnessed such a lack of professionalism towards a potential customer. All for nothing, because he wouldn’t reduce the price of the vehicle. Then 3 weeks after buying the 2021 Chevy Trail Boss with only 31k miles on it, I took it through the car wash. To my shock, the back cab window had a full out leak with water coming out and damaging the headliner of the vehicle! I called my “car dealer”, Enoch, the next day and he didn’t answer. I called him again the day afterwards and he answered and immediately denied any liability and said there was nothing they could do and then HUNG UP THE PHONE on me! He shortly called back and apologized but still offered no explanation, services, or $ compensation. Long story short it ended up costing me $800 and I’ve now been back to the dealer with issues twice in 3 weeks since buying the truck. More
