Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. After driving my car a short time the indicators on the dash had multiple messages about adding coolant and engine overheating. Due to where I was driving I couldn't pull over immediately. When I did check, the engine coolant recovery tank cap was off and the tank contained very little coolant. After reading the owners manual, I figured out how to add coolant and I am still hoping that my car was not damaged. I had to purchase another oil change. The dealership didn't seem to concerned as the thier response was "We all make mistakes"! Sorry Len Immke Buick service department - but I could have and still may have done major damage to my car. I am retired and had all service work done on my car at your dealership. I need my car to last a long time! This just added to the frustation when last year I took my car in seven or eight times for the same problem after the front brakes were changed at the Len Immke service department. Each time I was told the brakes were fixed only to drive a few weeks and the problem came back. Thanks for getting the GM Regional service manager involved, he helped resolve the problem. I will not trust Len Immke service department to service my car after these recent nightmares. I will again purchase GM Vehicles -- just not at that dealership again. Also the manual that came with my car provided excellant documentation and is very well written. Thank You GM for my car - It has proven to be the best I have ever owned and I still love it :) More
