If he didn't know the answer, he didn't pretend to know like so many salespeople do. He asked someone who did so that he could get me an honest answer. I was very impressed with that. Brent worked with me from start to finish, staying beyond his normal scheduled time. He also helped me uninstall my son's difficult car seat out of my old car in the rain.
