Never met Carlos. Said and Min took good care of us. We asked for Said because 6 years he sold us the VW which we traded in. Sales is great which is why I have bought over seven cars. The service department is a whole other story. It seems that prices change on things and they don’t seem to know why. I had an appointment booked for my car with service, scheduled for 7:45am. We dropped the car off with one of the service staff the prior afternoon. At around 1:30pm on the scheduled service day, I text scheduled for 7:45am. We dropped the car off with one of the service staff the prior afternoon. At around 1:30pm on the scheduled service day, I texted my advisor asking if he had a status on my vehicle. About 45 minutes later he replied “not yet”. By 4pm I had heard nothing back so I called. At that time he told me they had not even taken my car back. At no time during that day did he reach out to me and explain they weee behind. I understand staffing shortages with mechanics but that should never prevent the advisor from maintaining a good line of communication on status. Perhaps they didn’t want to take on warranty work since they don’t get paid for it. Either way, it was an unacceptable occurrence. I had someone take me over to get my car and explained my frustration. He did apologize for the lack of effort on his part, but I don’t think we’ll go back. I still have no resolution. I made sure not to display any anger but did let him know what he did wasn’t right. More
