Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant, although I had one request in my offer to purchase the vehicle that I bought. That request was to detail the vehicle inside and out. The van was used and had had one request in my offer to purchase the vehicle that I bought. That request was to detail the vehicle inside and out. The van was used and had many miles on it. Kept it in the back for three hours so I thought they were doing a good job. I took them at their word as to them doing a good job. When I returned home the next morning I went to look the van over, the areas where I asked to be detailed was still in the same condition as it was when I found them to be dirty. I must say I will have reservations before I refer anyone to this dealership. I feel I was misled. Very disappointed. More

First time bringing my 2016 Tiguan for service at this location. Service center was clean and employees were friendly and not pushy with recommendations. They even tightened my passenger door which was making squeeking/creaking sound. Prices were also affordable and work was completed in a timely manner. Received a text from Larry the Service Advisor who offered to assist if we needed anything while waiting. Bathrooms were very clean and Awesome coffee machine in the waiting area. No one wants to spend money unexpectedly but the customer service experience was great and made it a positive visit. Definitely made a new customer today. Happy to leave a review for Leith VW. More

I am 65 years old and have had four Volkswagen's over the course of my life. Loved each and every one. All that being said, I was serious about buying a car on Saturday but, Leith VW was not serious about selling a vehicle on Saturday. The gentleman that worked with us was very kind, VERY knowledgeable of his product and a star in customer service for your company. When we walked through the door, there were two men standing and leaned up against something at the front of the showroom. When we walked back OUT (about an hour later) that door, those same two were still standing there? I could not help but think, is this how this dealership allows customers to see how slouchy they do things? I had said, from the beginning that we were there to buy a car. (In hindsight, I see that I gave them the idea that I would pay anything for something I was interested in). But, for a customer to ask for a measly $900 off the price, we quickly saw that Leith did not want or need our business. My husband also asked about a trailer hitch and the cost involved, so we were most willing to do business then and in the future. I realize we live in a greedy world, but think how many times over, this information will be shared about Leith of Raleigh. All in a negative vain! Why would I ever want to come back for any service when I had been stuck to it in the beginning!!!! We did in fact buy a Volkswagen on Saturday and are very happy with it. One we did not haggle over price whatsoever. I will say however, it was a bittersweet event, buying a car this day and time is one of the costliest investments we make. We should be able to have a positive feeling from it. This time, I must say it made me sad for Leith, Mr. Kim, your upper management and my husband and me.
