You anticipate getting taken advantage of during the dealmaking process, and expect everyone from the receptionist to the sales manager to lie to your face. Fortunately, that wasn't my experience at Leith VW! Indeed, it was a downright pleasant experience. Our salesman, Troy, was friendly, accommodating, and honest, as were Carlos and Josh. I also really appreciated the transparency during the dealmaking process. The system that Leith VW employs helps buyers see the deal or deals on the table, and also updates in real time, cutting down on all the traditional "back and forth." From the time we test drove the 2019 Jetta, to the time we signed the deal, it was no more than two or three hours. Long story long, I've no doubt I'll be back with my partner once his Jeep lease is up in a year! Thanks again to everyone at Leith VW and happy new year! :) More

He went out of his way to help us. We were interested in a 2016 Honda Pilot (which we purchased). He made sure we got the best deal on our trade in. He was very personable and was focused on getting us the Honda Pilot. Josh Flook also made sure we got the very best deal. Troy followed up with us after we made the purchase to make sure everything was still good. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. No pressure at all. Shelia, Daniel and Josh were so accommodating and incredibly patient with me. Busy mom of two young toddlers, work full time and during the holidays...I spent maybe a total of two hrs at the dealership leasing a new Atlas. Daniel made sure I had a car ready to test drive when i got there, Shelia allowed me to keep it almost the whole day to make sure it worked for my family and Josh had 90% of the paper work ready for me to purchase the next day. Real honest and friendly and didn’t pressure me into purchasing. Just gave me all my options and let me make my own decision. Hope the car performs as well as the VW team did! Thanks! More

He lied so to give me an impression that an additional service package doesn’t increase my monthly payment. Apparently I should stick with the rule that there is no free lunch and should confirm the number by myself instead of believing him. It is so sad that you need bring your own accounting guy to deal with this dealer and can’t trust them. More
