Service Department is 10/10, Sales is 8/10 I just bought my third car from Leith VW of Raleigh. Over the years, the sales department hasn't been too bad. They are bearable and (in the grand scheme of car salespeople) really not too bad. They don't seem like slimy salesmen for the most part, but it's up to each person to get a good salesperson. When it comes to the service department, I would recommend them to anyone I know. They are extremely clear on work to be done, straightforward, and easy to deal with. Any questions that I have had they are willing to hear and give a knowledgeable answer or point me to someone that can. More

First appearance, dealership very clean and well set up. Nice showroom with a couple of vintage Volkswagens. Troy, my salesman was nice, polite and very knowledgeable of Volkswagens. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy this car. But his knowledge of Volkswagen quality and safety won the sale. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Troy to anyone looking for a new or used Volkswagen. Even though I am about 2 hours away, I look forward to having Leigh Volkswagen service my car in the future. More
