The only complaint I would have is that the prices on the cars did not match what they were online (they were more expensive online and must have just been changed that day), but they honored the price on the vehicle so with that we were pleased. His willingness to go the extra mile to make my daughter happy is something you don’t always find in costumer service these days. I would recommend seeing him for your future VW purchases.
