I was online on their website and saw that they were offering $5,000 off the price of an Atlas so I called to find out all about it. The sales person George said that he didn't know anything about it bu offering $5,000 off the price of an Atlas so I called to find out all about it. George texted me back that his GM wouldn't honor it. This is unethical on so many levels. More

I like this dealership. It’s a very friendly environment and the staff is super attentive. The Whole place is like a throwback cast and crew. We communicated off and on for about a month before I made my purchase because I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and it was nowhere in the Triangle to be found. George kept tabs on things and checked in with me every now and again to reassure that he was still looking for my 2015 base model. He’s very responsive and I never felt rushed. I might not have gotten an A in remedial PE, but you can’t sell me something I don’t need. I set my mind on a price and I won’t exceed my budget, not even on a dare . I told George what I wanted to spend and that I can’t buy Ramen on sale. He said, “Say no more.” To my surprise, I found a 2017 fully loaded Escape that was almost $2500 less than a 2015 semi-loaded Suburu. I was hesitant, but George took his time explaining to me some really cool benefits of its many features. The truck is a total space ship. I’m waiting for it to take flight any minute. It has enough buttons and controls to topple the entire solar system. I’m used to AM/FM radio and a CD player. That’s all I need. This escape has a push button start, surround sound, back up camera, a foot sensor to open the trunk, you name it. We’ll see how that last one works out because I can barely walk a straight line, much less kick a straight line. I can even talk to folks without holding the phone. Look, Ma! I made it. It’s a bit fancy for my taste; but I do feel safe in this truck.I have plenty of leg room for my 5’10 self and my hips don’t fold like a notebook when I buckle my seatbelt. George told me that there’s no recall on this truck and that it would be better for Ubering than the little 4 cylinder I traded in. I’m still so appreciative that he gave me more for my trade than I was expecting. (I did put $4200 worth of work into that car, after all and I have the service records to prove it) All in all, I’m happy with my purchase. It’s been 5 days now and I’m still getting used to a quiet ride. Nothing has fallen apart nor has my new little spaceship turned out to be a total lemon. No smoke signals blowing from the AC vents. No bright green fluid seeping from the tail pipe. It doesn’t leak when it rains nor stops breathing in sunlight. I look forward to doing business with George again. More
