I travel alot for work so he found a car for me that rides extremely well and has low mileage on it. TJ was my finance manager. He worked with me to get me the lowest interest rate on the market and filled me in on some great warranty opportunities that I just could not pass up. Yet again, these guys knocked it out of the ballpark in helping me with the car buying experience which I typically loathe. Their knowledge of their products was outstanding and they made the process super quick and easy. More

Easiest and happiest car buying experience of my life! I’ve purchased a lot of cars over the years, and my experience this weekend was the nicest experience I’ve ever had. Darien greeted us with a smile an I’ve purchased a lot of cars over the years, and my experience this weekend was the nicest experience I’ve ever had. Darien greeted us with a smile and genuine welcome to the dealership shortly after getting out of the car. He wasn’t pushy, and he didn’t selfishly talk about the features...he listened to what I was looking for and only showed me what I was interested in, while expertly sprinkling in other features about the car tied to my needs. he was happy and had a positive attitude, which made us feel good about the transaction from the start. The test drive was thorough and not rushed. Side note: the new Jetta is a *huge* step up from previous years. We were really impressed with the car and the features for the price point. Both Darien and the Sales Manager, Jim, did a lot of work to ensure the transaction was a win-win and ultimately worked with us to get a great deal. Everyone at this dealership is happy, smiling, and had great customer service. We spent most of the afternoon laughing and had a great time with everyone we came in contact with. These employees truly exemplify the Volkswagen brand, and we will certainly recommend them to friends and be return customers. More

Very unprofessional dealership Jim, one of the managers is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Steer clear of him and this dealership. We needed the leather on our brand new car redone because it was torn before we bought it. They agreed to do this. They gave us a 2010 Volvo loaner with no gas. Not only was it tiny, it was archaic. We left our car with them through the hurricane so that it could be repaired. They repaired it horribly. We asked them to redo it. It was sitting in the same exact spot for days til we called to see if it was done yet. They said that it wasn't and that we needed to wait for the part to come in. So here we were almost a month into buying our brand new car and no car to drive but the 2010 Volvo. We went back to get our car for the weekend. We told them would bring it back once the piece was in. They agreed and said they would clean the car for us. We get there and Jim tries to give us the car back FILTHY (there was straw and all kinds of things in the car that we definitely did not leave there). He wasn't going to clean the car before he gave it back to us as he would have to detail it when we got it back from when they would properly repair the seat. There are big issues at this dealership. We do not recommend this place to anyone. We were treated horribly. More
