Positive Experience in a Negative Situation After a deer claimed my car in the middle of the day, I was at first stunned then shaken though not hurt. Before calling for a tow, (after 911 of cou After a deer claimed my car in the middle of the day, I was at first stunned then shaken though not hurt. Before calling for a tow, (after 911 of course) I called Leith VW in Cary to ask advice. Ben in the service department was soothing and calming and contacted a body shop for me. Later, after learning my 2012 Tiguan had been totaled, I showed up to buy a new vehicle. Not by choice: by necessity. Jonathan Guerrero was my sales rep and he was so very patient while I hemmed and hawed over models, prices, and amenities. Jonathan was knowledgeable and tireless. He skipped his lunch so I could test drive vehicles and make up my mind. In the end, I bought a VW Golf GTI and I love it! Thank you, Jonathan! Thank you, Ben! Thank you, Leith VW!
