Chris Cappella is amazing! Let's face it, no one wants to spend the time required to buy/lease a new car, which is what I did yesterday. They throw parts at a problem - not able to fix This is the worst service department I have ever come across. We bought from them but when our Jetta had it's first problem, we had to take it in 6 t This is the worst service department I have ever come across. We bought from them but when our Jetta had it's first problem, we had to take it in 6 times for them to realize it is the timing belt, a normal problem in a car with over 100,000 miles. They just kept throwing parts at it until we were over $2000 in before saying we needed another $1600 repair (timing belt). VW USA was also incompetent when we spoke to them. They were unwilling to help offset any cost despite being the ones who supposedly told Cary VW to try this and try that. I will never buy or use this dealership again. More

Mary Primm was our sales lady and she was excellent at following up and getting us into a car we were happy to purchase. Other dealerships could not provide the overall “happiness experience” of purchasing a car. My wife and I were both happy with not only the car but the whole process.
