We were just beginning our search, and Cody was very friendly and helpful, even knowing that he wasn't going to sell us a car that day. This is something that is missing from the industry nowadays. After test driving the Atlas, we left, and continued shopping around. Cody checked in on us a couple times, made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for, something we knew might take some time in a used car. A month and a half later, Cody called and said he thought he had found our car. It had just showed up at another Leith dealership the day before, and he went and got it so we could see it. I honestly couldn't believe that he remembered us, let alone was still working on our behalf. This is what a car buying experience should be! We also had a really positive experiences with Jim (the Sales Manager on our first trip) and Abdul (who helped us set up financing). Honestly, the only reason I held back on 5 stars was due to our dealings with Max (who was the Sales Manager on shift when we came back the second time). He was unwilling to budge at all on the price, offered us an extremely low trade-in value, and then quoted us an abusive 6.99% interest rate. It was apparent that he didn't care if he sold the vehicle or not. I went home, got my own financing at almost half the rate, and came back the next day to do the paperwork. Thankfully, Abdul revisited the quoted rate and locked us in slightly lower than what I was able to obtain on my own. So it all worked out. I'd shop at Leith again in a heartbeat, and I wish Cody nothing but the best. He's earned it! More

Painless car buying experience I needed to trade in my 370z for something that could fit two car seats. Chris helped me get the most for my trade and set me up with a new GTI, which I needed to trade in my 370z for something that could fit two car seats. The whole process took a matter of hours from first contact to me driving home in my new car. They also have a pretty sweet arcade machine.
