The Best Car Buying Experience! My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Mary Primm! We located a Volvo Leith had advertised on Car Guru. We were extremely excited to se My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Mary Primm! We located a Volvo Leith had advertised on Car Guru. We were extremely excited to see Leith had the exact model we were looking for. My wife and I called at 7:30 and spoke with Mary to set up a time to look at the vehicle. Unfortunately we were 60 miles away and it was nearing 8pm Leith closing time. Much to our surprise Mary said to come on in and she would make sure they were there when we arrived at 9pm. We were so impressed with Mary’s willingness to work with us and allow us to come in so late to look at the Volvo. We left a deposit that night to hold the vehicle and came back the next day to make the purchase. Mary went out of her way to assist us and did every thing in her power to make sure we left with the car of our dreams. Felt like Family I have had the worst week with my car! I wanted to sell it, but the convertible top got stuck, and nowhere in town would even look at it. I brought it to Voris McBurnette at Leith Volkswagen of Cary, and he gave it a really fair inspection and a great trade-in value. While we were driving it, he talked with me about what I was looking for in a new car and what my budget was. After hearing that my dad had just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and that I was having to drive him and my new baby boy back and forth to Greenville each week for chemo, he was determined to find me something. By the next day, he had a Chrysler 300 ready for me to look at. It fit my budget to the dollar. I am so grateful to the great people at Leith for working with me and helping with my situation. Voris did not give up until I had a car I could drive away with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They were more than willing to work with me. My entire experience here, I have felt valued and respected, and I think that is a pretty unique experience in buying a car. More

Chris was respectful of our time, knowledgable about the cars, responsive to communications, transparent in negotiations, and set the tone for what turned out to be a very low-stress and low-pressure process. We were able to come to fair terms very quicklyt over text (hugely convenient), and there were no surprises when we came back to close. Darien was very helpful working through extended warranty and other options, and made me feel as though he was genuinely interested in helping me assess what made sense and what didn't without the usual pushiness and manipulation I've become trained to expect when purchasing a car. The Leith dealership in general felt somewhat out of time in its laid back and obviously curated atmosphere. Although this aspect has nothing to do with the transaction per say, I appreciate the effort spent trying to maintain a cool and calm environment where important decisions can be made without unnecessary distraction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends ask for Chris and Darien by name if they're in the market. More
