What a change! We were greeted by a knowledgeable and welcoming salesperson, Jim Cochran, and we felt we were treated fairly and like individuals rather than just another number. Jim was accommodating and patient and truly went out of his way to best meet our needs. We ended up leasing a beautiful Atlas, which has far exceeded our expectations. No more minivan for us! He answered all our questions honestly and was very knowledgeable including challenging us on certain features we thought we wanted or did not want. His approach and manner were relaxed and open. We are the type of people who are turned off immediately by pushy salespeople even though we understand it is their job. He knew what we wanted and took us round the various options and by the end of the day, we drove home in our new Atlas which we love!
