Brought vehicle 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan just couple of week ago , here what i want to share my experience on buying and customer service -went to showroom their manger hooked up with sales guy , his name week ago , here what i want to share my experience on buying and customer service -went to showroom their manger hooked up with sales guy , his name is Faijal Najeeb this guy duty is other than selling the vehicle no proper explanation about the vehicle and it features -ours is straight forward buying , we had 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan and we want buy same model only change is year Faijal said all the features are same in 2024 other than trunk door remote opening and closing , we understand that but in previous model there is to be sun glass holder now it is not there and he did not say about this feature also they made car smaller / less wider than 2023 model , this is big change he did not say anything about this as his only duty is to sell the car and get the commission!! After Noticing all this called the dealer ship and spoke to this guy , to my disappointment this guy instead of explaining to my questions he was yelling at me as if he given me the car for free, very poor customer service he even told one of his manger will call me on this , till now no one called me on this , very bad from upper end to lower end people , what a shame !! my advise to new buyers, dont ever go to this show room , instead of this one go to flow Volkswagen in Dereham , i brought my 2023 car with them , they are very good in customer servise and all other questions from you More

My experience and Leith Volkswagen in Cary was incredible. I arrived later than anticipated, due to an accident on my route. Do not trust this dealer! They do not stand behind their products! I had a 5 year warranty on a car and called service to schedule an appointment two weeks before my warranty They do not stand behind their products! I had a 5 year warranty on a car and called service to schedule an appointment two weeks before my warranty expiration date. They scheduled service for the VERY NEXT DAY AFTER my 5 yr warranty expired. I asked if there was any possible way to schedule sooner, they said no, that was the soonest available appointment, so I scheduled the soonest available, thinking they would honor the warranty, since the issue was reported, recorded, and scheduled TWO WEEKS in advance of the expiration. By the way, other dealers were also booked up and unable to schedule appointments sooner. When I arrived, they said I would have to pay everything out of pocket! Maybe it was just a coincidence that the appointment was scheduled for the very next day after the 5 yr expiration. What I know for sure is that the decent thing to do would have been to honor the warranty since they were unable to schedule sooner. I tried speaking with the dealer’s general manager, but he would not budge, saying he would consider working with me if I had spent more money at his dealership in the past. I had my car serviced there before, but he said that since I did not regularly service my vehicle there, he didn’t even consider me a customer! What does that have to do with honoring a five year warranty that was built into the purchase price of the vehicle? I really wanted to believe that Volkswagen moved past their greedy, profit-crazed culture that came to a head with the huge international scandal a few years ago. But clearly, they still prioritize profits over people and integrity. More
