I must admit that upon arrival to the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted. When I got there I was overwhelmed at the selection. Now, bear in mind that I did my research for all of the VW dealerships exactly what I wanted. When I got there I was overwhelmed at the selection. Now, bear in mind that I did my research for all of the VW dealerships in the local (100 miles) area and Leith Volkswagen in Cary had the best selection on the Golf TDI models. Mr. Erik Francey was very professional and asked all the right questions before, during and most importantly after the sale was final. He has called me on a few occasions to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase. I am quite hard to please when it comes to shopping and he put up with me wanting to look over at least four different models and had no problem explaining the differences between them all. In the end I would have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had in the twenty years that I have been shopping. I am very picky about the car salesman that works with me. I need someone that is intelligent and knows the product he or she is selling. I had heard of "German engineering" from more than one family me me. I need someone that is intelligent and knows the product he or she is selling. I had heard of "German engineering" from more than one family member and friends. I decided to check it out, even though in the past I have bought other brands. I am convinced both, about German engineering and my salesman's intelligence. The Volkswagen I bought is very different from the domestic cars that I am used to, and much better in many ways. All of which Alan could point out in detail. It's all of the little things that I liked, but I love the feel you get when driving the car. So happy with my purchase and my education from a polite, friendly and knowledgeable salesman who really knows his product. I recently purchased a car from Leith Volkswagen in Cary, and I could not be happier with the way I was treated. Jerame, the sales manager, was very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the Pa and I could not be happier with the way I was treated. My husband and I went to Leith VW in Cary to look for options on lowering our current payments. We had a pleasant experience with Jason Walker up until we asked if we could have our keys back after they options on lowering our current payments. We had a pleasant experience with Jason Walker up until we asked if we could have our keys back after they apprised our trade-in. We thanked them for their time and told them we wanted to take the night to think about the offer. They came back with a lower offer, but not our keys. At that point we were already there for 5 + hours. We have a toddler that started to lose it and so did we. We asked if the offer would still be there tomorrow we would like to take the night to think about it and if we could get our keys. We felt very pressured and still were not given our keys. Sadly we said yes to the not so good deal in order to leave. We did not feel comfortable about it and very pressured. The very next day we drove an hour and half back to the dealership to try and work something out and dealt with inconsiderate Sales Manger, Jack. I basically begged and pleaded because our family was taken advantage of. Jeremy Jones the General Manger, Jack the Sales Manager were not willing to consider anything. We made multiple attempts to pay them fees or them to keep the deposit, but sadly we fell for their trap. We called VW of America to verify if the dealership can terminate the paper work before it is final and they said dealership can take a vehicle back as long as the Title Paper work is not processed (which it was not). They said it would be up to the GM and Sales Manger. Leith VW General Manager said he would not unwind the deal. They had to make their quota. We are a hard working honest family that they took advantage of. All we wanted to do was help our family and they screwed us over. For the last 8 months my husband has served our country in Afghanistan. I would have hopped that people would have tried not to screw us over after he put his life on the line to protect them. Needless to say we feel dumb for falling for their sales tricks and we will not give Leith VW of Cary anymore business. Oh and they totally forgot to give me my keys. After we were about to leave I remember and told them I needed them cause my house and work keys were on there. Finally got them back. More

My Wife and I bought a Tiguan at Leith Volkswagon and were very pleased with the service. They found the color car we wanted with all of the options we were looking for. I had mentioned very early on that I was just interested in "looking" at cars so I could weigh my options and then make an informed decision. Alan's manager (an old guy, I forget his name now) was very understanding and initially showed a couple of cars. But since he was not the actual sales guy, he asked us to wait so he could find someone who was free to work with us. We waited a good 45 minutes and nobody turned up. The girl at the reception desk had no knowledge of what was going on either. When we inquired with her about the availability of a dealer, or if we should wait, or if we should setup an appointment for a later date and come back, her answer always was "I don't know". She was more like just a dummy placed there. Finally when we were about to head back, Alan came to us. He was very curt and, not at all friendly. That is not what you expect to be treated when you are planning to put down so much money or do business with them. And then on, he started pushing us into buying the car right away, when he was clearly informed that we were "scouting" for options. Since it was about closing time, we even suggested we stop for the day and that we would definitely come back the following day. But he was like, "oh, no don't worry about time, we got plenty!". Despite us making several attempts to escape his pushy demeanor, he persisted. Finally when we openly mentioned, again, that we would think about it, his finance manager walks to us and talks very rudely, and almost literally chucked us out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More
