After visiting three different dealerships in 29 hours last week, my husband and I walked into Leith Volkswagon at 7:15 on Friday night (12/14/12) with very little intention of buying a VW. Erik was extremely knowlegeable about the car's features and benefits, was very patient, and did an outstanding job of negotiating a great deal. Due to an earlier commitment, I was left to negotiate the lease and trade of my (then) current vehicle on my own. Erik made me feel completely comfortable handling the decision on my own and I took delivery on my new Passat on Saturday. I absolutely love my car! I would highly recommend Erik Francey and Leith VW! More
