Even after the trade-in and purchase transactions were completed, Mike was very helpful and responsive to me with additional fol person to deal with. I strolled into Leith VW on a lark. After spending the day browsing many local dealers for many makes and models, I thought I should finally take a look at a VW. I am glad I did. Mike Campbell was the p day browsing many local dealers for many makes and models, I thought I should finally take a look at a VW. I am glad I did. Mike Campbell was the perfect salesman for me. He knew when to ask questions and when to just let me look around. When he suggested a vehicle for a test ride, it was perfect. So perfect that I actually bought that very car. Mike was listening to what I said, and knew exactly what I wanted. I love my VW Beetle Convertible!!! The process was pleasurable and I actually drove away that afternoon in my new car. A fair deal on my trade-in and a fair price on the new car. At no time was I pressured into anything, or felt like I was beiung pushed. After almost 30 years of buying cars, I can finally say I have had an enjoyable car buying experience. Thanks, Mike! More

I found what seemed like the perfect car online. I called and talked to Mike Campbell, who was very friendly on the phone, and took my constant phone calls to ask question after question. The car was exactly as described and exceed our expectations. Next was my least favorite part of car buying, the finance manager. Let me tell you, Ricky was GREAT! The most pleasant experience I've ever had. He took the time to explain everything, he got us an incredible rate, and he had us out the door in no time. I brought the car back for the DSG service I got as part of the deal, and was nothing less than impressed with the service department. They had me in and out in less time than they said it would take. After taking it to a dealer that was closer, and not being very happy, I'll definitely drive a little to get great service. More
