We worked with Jason Walker to purchase a new 2013 Passat in August 2013. He was very responsive and listened what we were looking for in a car. We did not talk pricing until we had picked out the make and in August 2013. He was very responsive and listened what we were looking for in a car. We did not talk pricing until we had picked out the make and model; then quickly agreed on pricing. The sales process was fairly quick and painless; other than the dealer warranty add-ons, we decided on no additional warranty items and got a good financing rate. This is our second purchase from Leith VW Cary and have no regrets in working with Jason. We definitely recommend dealing with Jason if you are considering a VW. More

I am a french student and it was really hard for me to find a car and do all the paperwork. Said understood my need and my issues. He was a really serious cardealer, helpfull and kind. We found Troy Haynes to be both personable, colorful, and knowledgeable. He had country charm, mixed with in-depth information about what made the VW a good purchase. Troy was up-front about costs, did not push us to buy anything we didn't want, and because we wanted a manual shift car, which meant we had to special order it, he let us know how long the wait would be. And when two months came around - the approximate time he said it would take to get our car - and I was ready to call the dealership, he called me first, to let me know the car was in. Troy was both an entertainer and a salesperson. He made the process fun, rather than a grind. What more can you ask for? More

Bought a new Jetta Se. Mike and Rickie were both extremely helpful with my first car purchase. Mike also helped me with getting the right price on my insurance and made sure I was well taken care of extremely helpful with my first car purchase. My roommate and I were fed chicken wraps and drank tea while all the paper work was being processed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone new at buying a car. More
