When I decided on the Golf, he gave me a tour of the different areas of the dealership that I may need to use, provided an in-depth walkthrough of the car's systems, and how it connects to my iPhone - all so very cool. In addition, he went over and beyond basic customer support and service, which was extremely helpful as I am new in town.
