2018 VW Atlas R-Line Purchase We didn't originally intend on looking at an Atlas. We had our sights set on a competitive vehicle. But a not so great experience with a competitive dealer, the strong online reviews of the Atlas, and a great experience with Leith VW on the lease of a Jetta one year earlier, brought us in to at least take a look. And I'm grateful we did! Brandon was excellent to work with. Stayed late for a spur of the moment test drive, and then the following day stayed well beyond his scheduled hours to close the deal. Very professional throughout, and on time for each appointment. Probably the best overview on a test drive that I've ever been through. He went through literally everything! When I showed up for our appointments, Brandon had the vehicles already pulled up front ready for me to look at. Very efficient and prepared, and that means a lot to my wife and I. He also knew how I liked to do business, and made sure the first offer was to my liking, so we had no haggling back and forth on price. Great trade value, too. Can't say enough good things about him. He made us feel like we were his most important customer. Anthony in finance was also fun to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped us feel comfortable on the financing side in terms of rates, etc. Wasn't pushy at all on the extras. My wife and I trade cars a lot, and we've had many experiences where you feel like you're being guilt tripped into buying something you don't really want or need. But not with Anthony. Very relaxed atmosphere, absolutely no pressure, and treated us how they would want to be treated themselves. Very respectful of our time as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience! We would definitely consider buying from Leith again in the future. More
