I really wanted to buy the car from Chris, but ultimately we went out of state to find the color we really wanted, which is rare. We've now owned 3 VWs and have been doing business with Leith in Cary since they opened. I would definitely recommend them and they would be my first choice for sales or service. Great car buying experience! We traveled 3 hours from out of state to look at a particular car that Leith had on their Cary, NC lot, where we first met Brandon. He is a car guy. T We traveled 3 hours from out of state to look at a particular car that Leith had on their Cary, NC lot, where we first met Brandon. He is a car guy. That is a spectacular trait for a car salesman. He let us really DRIVE the GTI that we came there to look at and didn't try to up-sell us to a more expensive, more comfortable, more profitable-for-him vehicle. He knew that we knew what we wanted. We were ready to buy the car from him in about 30 minutes. There was no pressure. When we made a big mistake and brought an out-of-state check to pay with (a big no-no when dealing with big numbers), Brandon worked with us and as a liaison between his finance and business managers to get the deal done. Although we couldn't drive our shiny red rocket home that day (again, our fault, not their's) we were able to take delivery shortly after. Brandon arranged for a driver to bring the car to us 3 hours away! That is service! He was exceptional to work with, as was our overall experience at Leith. Bravo to everyone at Leith WV!! More

Restored my faith in car dealers I was very skeptical of car dealers after a horrific experience with a BMW dealership in Raleigh sharing the same name as Leith Volkswagon. Phillip Go I was very skeptical of car dealers after a horrific experience with a BMW dealership in Raleigh sharing the same name as Leith Volkswagon. Phillip Goodwin was the consummate gentlemen and salesman. He went over all the details of our new Atlas SE with Technology on the test drive and delivery. He also introduced us to the service staff. Anthony Veneziano, the finance man was the first finance person I have ever met in 22 car purchase over 40 years who took the time to explain the details of the contract. There were no hidden costs. All was up front. The deal on the floor was the same deal out the door and off the lot. Usually, you make a deal with the salesman and the guy in the back with the green visor tacks on all sorts of things. This is truly a great dealership. They didn't give me a tie dyed T shirt to say this either, even though I would like one, Hint. VW Car Net people were also courteous and helpful. Better than BMW Assist or other programs I have used.
