Mr. Paez, I looked in to the matter with both the Service Advisor and the Service Manager. When you buy keys after-market that are not through the dealership, we can't guarantee they will program since they are not Nissan certified. As with any service, we still charge for the time programming since the tech has to do the same work regardless.. which is $120. The Service Manager did understand your frustration, and took 50% off out of goodwill. We do tell every customer who comes in with after market keys that there is a chance they won't program, there is a charge, and offer them to purchase them through us (which you declined). I apologize for the inconvenience, but we did what we could on our end as best as possible... including discounting our service. Unfortunately there is no way to tell in advance if a key will program or not, in this case, it didn't work. Please contact me with further questions if you have them.
