Keith Nissan does not understand work constraints I came in with a car just 18 months old as the car was shuddering when braking. They set up an appointment for 2:15 - it is now 4:15 and had I not gon I came in with a car just 18 months old as the car was shuddering when braking. They set up an appointment for 2:15 - it is now 4:15 and had I not gone up to ask why it was taking so long - no one would have spoken to me at all. I found out that the rotors needed to be filed and an hour 15 I to it. They said another 45 minutes that was 50 minutes ago. When I made the appointment they did not indicate that I would be stuck away from work for an unknown length of time. They just seem to be assuming I have all day to sit here and wait. This is a deplorarable way to treat someone. Wish I did not own a Nissan right now😖 More
Great Team at Leith Nissan! I took my car in to Leith for service as a first time customer, and I came out with a "new to me" car! Our service attendant, Ken Hall, was very good with contacting us and clearly explaining what the problem was with our vehicle. He was very pleasant and helpful when we stated that we were considering a purchase instead of repair. Ken then introduced us to our FANTASTIC sales person, Mr. Jim Kamara... Jim really listened to our needs when suggesting vehicles for us to look at, and he worked diligently to get us the best payment possible. Although we had a really long wait to speak with the finance manager, Kamara was attentive and extremely apologetic for the wait. He also made sure he kept things moving by requesting the detailing, filling the tank, etc while we were waiting. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Kamara. I also wanted to leave a comment about the great job the two gentlemen did that detailed our pre-owned vehicle (unfortunately I didn't catch their names)! In addition, the General Sales Manager (Mr. Tony Enderle) stepped in and provided an extra touch of customer service by agreeing to resolve a minor cosmetic issue on the vehicle as well. And lastly, but certainly not least, we're confident that the Finance Manager (John Watson) also worked hard on our behalf to get us the best finance rate available. There's a great/strong team of professionals at Leith Nissan and they've earned our family's returning business for our vehicles servicing, maintenance, and purchase needs! More
Service Help I arrived at the Leith Nisssan dealership to get my tire fixed and patched up because it had a nail in it. I expected my service to be mediocre and somewhat long to fix. However, I was helped by an employee named Vincent and he did such a great job that I am confident that whatever issue I have in the future, Leith Nissan will take care of it. I was very pleased by the customer service and how fast and helpful my service was. I was extremely pleased and would recommend this place to anyone who has a Nissan vehicle. More

I met a very nice sales lady name Ms. Gail who let me test drive a Nissan Maxima. I’m a Honda Man but I was really impressed with the outstanding Nissan performance. Executive Service Experience First, I did not purchase my vehicle here as I am a transplant. I made an appointment with the dealership and they appointed Ken Hall as my service advisor. From the moment I pulled in Ken Hall was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My dash light had illuminated and it pointed to a bad cat converter. Usually major repair bill. Ken worked with his service manager and Nissan to partially cover the cost. Ken and the team at Leith Nissan went above and beyond. My thanks to them. More

AMAZING WORKERS!! I bought a tire warranty when i purched my car. Not nothing that the dealership would have to do 20 plus minutes of paper work to make it happen. Excellent service experience My Altima failed me in a parking lot.Since the problem was related to the steering/intelligent key, I had it towed to the dealership. I have not had good experiences in the past with dealerships in general. This was a happy exception. Every person I met was friendly and helpful, from Jason who checked me in to Kim who handled my loaner. The problem was covered under a recall. Ralph kept me updated as to progress and findings. I authorized some additional maintenance work which was done in a timely manner. They even washed my car. Altogether, it went from a potentially miserable experience to a practically painless, pleasant one. Thanx More
