Took excellent care of me I had my 370z Roadster in for a dreaded issue with the power convertible top. Bryan took great care of me and Clint was very detailed on the work needed. It was expensive, but it ALWAYS will be expensive to fix a power top. Soon after getting my car back the problem resurfaced. I was super anxious and prepared to be very disappointed. To my surprise and great pleasure Leith got me back in right away and resolved the problem without charging me additional money. They also gave me a clear road map on what would have to be done if and when the wiring harness eventually breaks due to age. I am extremely pleased and will return here for service in the future. Bryan was very informative throughout this whole process and I really appreciate him. More

Amazing Customer Service Let me start by saying I purchased a used car from a dealership that was not Leith Nissan. After purchasing my car only having it for 30 days I started having major problems. My car was a Nissan so I decided to contact Leith Nissan in Cary, NC to have it serviced. I clearly didn't know what the issue was. When I purchased my car from a outside dealer, I was supplied with a warranty so I felt like whatever it was it would get fixed. I took my Nissan to the dealership and had it dropped off, because I still had to work. I received a message from the dealership stating my advisor would be "Bryan Neal". And every since I had him he has been a lifesaver. My warranty company paid for all the parts and had them shipped. Bryan Neal, handled everything for me, even the things I was suppose to do with getting my car fixed. He was on top of them when it came time to have my parts delivered and all. He messaged me every time there was a change in any event with my car. He never missed a beat AT ALL. If it wasn't for Bryan Neal, I honestly would not have been able to do these things and I would have been lost when it came down to getting it fixed. When I received my car back it was cleaned and ran like a NEW CAR. I wish there was something more that I could do for him. Because he made my life so much easier, I didn't have to lift a finger. He is VERY PLEASANT, his COMMUNICATE SKILLS were so warming, and I felt like when I exited LEITH NISSAN I honestly made a new friend. Customer service goes a long way in this world and with out it we wouldn't have businesses and people wouldn't want to visit your establishment. I WOULD go back a million times because he made it worth that much. He deserves a RAISE!!! Thank You, Bryan Neal!! More
Shady/Deceptive Business I went into the Leith Nissan Dealership this morning to have the batteries replaced in both of my keyfobs because they were petty much dead batteries. While there I explained to the lady that was helping me, Emily Kight that my car was making a humming sound and that I wanted someone to see if they can figure out if it is a quick fix. She made me fully aware of the diagnostic fee of maybe 154.00. she said Mr. Roberts if my tech determines he has to diagnose it I will call you and let you know so that way you can make a decision on what you want to do. She never called me, they went ahead without my permission and when I went to pick my car up I was told 165.06 to get my keys back. I have no issues with the cost, it is the deceptive business practices and being lied to. People need to made aware of how deceptive and deceiving this business really can be. More

I own a 2016 Nissan Sentra and I took my car to Leith Nissan for a diagnostic and found out I had a transmission problem. Rashawn was my service advisor, he said, " you can't drive this car, I will get you a loaner until it's fixed. He walked me through the entire process always keeping me updated. To be in the service department is so much fun. It has a family vibe. They're always making sure you are okay and comfortable. This team was so amazing to work with, it made the process for me so happy because I knew they had my back. I ten out of ten would recommend going to Leith Nissan for car services, make sure you ask for Rashawn!!! More
Taking advantage of existing customers I would not recommend this place anymore as they take advantage of their existing customer. I have been going there for years for oil change but toda I would not recommend this place anymore as they take advantage of their existing customer. I have been going there for years for oil change but today when I went there for oil change they did not tell me anything at the register when I gave my car for oil change and after words they charged me $88. This is completely unprofessional and I would stay away from this kind of companies who take advantage of there existing customer. Nissan and Leith both loose a few customer after this event. More

Quick, efficient and trustworthy service! I have been bringing my cars in to Leith since about June of 2017. Every time I go there I feel a weight of my shoulders knowing that my cars are gett I have been bringing my cars in to Leith since about June of 2017. Every time I go there I feel a weight of my shoulders knowing that my cars are getting the service they need. The advisors are always friendly and keep me informed about the status of my car. One advisor in particular, is Rashawn. He’s not only friendly, but he is knowledgeable as well. I trust that any work he suggest is actually needed and he’s not just trying to make a sale. I’ve been worried in the past, that I would be taken advantage of because I am a female. I can not be happier that I found Leith for all my service needs. As long as I continue to have advisors like Rashawn, I will bring my car in to Leith. More
Keith Nissan does not understand work constraints I came in with a car just 18 months old as the car was shuddering when braking. They set up an appointment for 2:15 - it is now 4:15 and had I not gone up to ask why it was taking so long - no one would have spoken to me at all. I found out that the rotors needed to be filed and an hour 15 I to it. They said another 45 minutes that was 50 minutes ago. When I made the appointment they did not indicate that I would be stuck away from work for an unknown length of time. They just seem to be assuming I have all day to sit here and wait. This is a deplorarable way to treat someone. Wish I did not own a Nissan right now😖 More
Great Team at Leith Nissan! I took my car in to Leith for service as a first time customer, and I came out with a "new to me" car! Our service attendant, Ken Hall, was very go I took my car in to Leith for service as a first time customer, and I came out with a "new to me" car! Our service attendant, Ken Hall, was very good with contacting us and clearly explaining what the problem was with our vehicle. He was very pleasant and helpful when we stated that we were considering a purchase instead of repair. Ken then introduced us to our FANTASTIC sales person, Mr. Jim Kamara... Jim really listened to our needs when suggesting vehicles for us to look at, and he worked diligently to get us the best payment possible. Although we had a really long wait to speak with the finance manager, Kamara was attentive and extremely apologetic for the wait. He also made sure he kept things moving by requesting the detailing, filling the tank, etc while we were waiting. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Kamara. I also wanted to leave a comment about the great job the two gentlemen did that detailed our pre-owned vehicle (unfortunately I didn't catch their names)! In addition, the General Sales Manager (Mr. Tony Enderle) stepped in and provided an extra touch of customer service by agreeing to resolve a minor cosmetic issue on the vehicle as well. And lastly, but certainly not least, we're confident that the Finance Manager (John Watson) also worked hard on our behalf to get us the best finance rate available. There's a great/strong team of professionals at Leith Nissan and they've earned our family's returning business for our vehicles servicing, maintenance, and purchase needs! More
