We purchased a 2022 Pathafinder with extended warranty that was never provided and we several issues with paint . Mr Gallazzy sold us the warranty and told us that was never loaded in their system and off that was never provided and we several issues with paint . We had to contact NC consumer department for help . They sold us 2 warranty total paid was more that 2000us for service they was not provided More
When I bought my car did not realize it would take 2 hours to even get an oil change. Paid for extra warranty also and needed to get 2 tires plugged and this took over 2 hours.
