The sales rep (Kevin) was friendly without being too pushy. I was eligible for the Nissan VPP program so that helped me get a good price. I also had a trade-in and I got a price that was within Kelly Blue Book range (although I felt I could have gotten a bit more had a negotiated more carefully). The detailing of the new car took longer than expected, so that was why I rated Quality of Work as a 4. Also the detailing itself was good but not spotless. I was also offered a free oil change (not sure if that's standard or not). Overall I had a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to use him/them again. More

I recently bought a 2014 Versa Note from Campbell Lovett. I called me every time there was an update or any questions, and I ended up driving four hours to buy a car I LOVE! Mr. Lovett showed me all the features of my car, and called me when I got back home to ask me how I liked it, and if I was still happy with my purchase.
