Friendly environment based upon Curtis Underwood Curtis Underwood was very friendly and polite! For example, he used "yes mam" with my mom and I, and "yes sir" with my dad; along with that he opened Curtis Underwood was very friendly and polite! For example, he used "yes mam" with my mom and I, and "yes sir" with my dad; along with that he opened doors for us, getting in the vehicle and entering the building, he was a gentlemen! Curtis was not pushy as some car salesmen get tagged, he was laid back and made the experience stress free. He made sure I and my parents were comfortable in that multiple times he asked us if we were doing ok and constantly asked if we needed water.....guess he thought we just came from the desert (Lol!)! I think customer service is very important, and from what I saw, Curtis has ideal customer service qualities, and he performed his duties with a smile....ask for Curtis Underwood! More

After looking at the Rouge with Jamon he was honest enough to tell us that this car would not really work well for us because the 3rd Road is not really for everyday use. we both really appreciated his honesty he wasn't just trying to sell a car he was trying to find the right car for us! he recommended the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder! We fell in love instantly!!! This SUV had everything we were looking for!! It had the backup camera that I needed and the DVD player for the kids! Our experience was top of the line! Jamon was so nice and easy going not to mention HONEST! It was very important for us to be dealing with someone that was honest!! He had our paperwork done quick and got us a GREAT deal! If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend everyone go to him! When he sent our SUV off to get cleaned we didn't even have to tell them that they missed spots, JAMON did!!! Outstanding Customer Service I came in at closing time on a Sunday, comparison shopping from a deal offered to me by Carmax. Derek Parker not only stayed an hour after closing to let me test drive the vehicle I was looking at online, he found me a better deal within the Leith Auto Dealerships, drove 2 hours and brought me the car. Then they made a better offer. The customer service was outstanding, the trade-in value offered for my vehicle was beyond fair, and Derek's knowledge of the vehicles was comprehensive. As a Jeep driver for the last 15 years, it was going to take allot to get me into another Make/Model, and Derek did it. The vehicle he offered was a year newer, fully loaded, and had warranty left on it. Simply outstanding customer service. Thank you Derek! More
