Leith Nissan in Cary - 1st time Experience - Simply Amazing! We are a transplanted couple from Long Island New York and honestly I can't believe the experience we had at Leith Nissan in Cary. On Long Island when you are looking to buy a new car you really have to prepare yourself for battle. Each step of the Long Island car experience is more painful than the next. When visiting Leith Nissan in Cary we could not believe how EVERYONE was friendly and respectful. Don't get me wrong, every car dealer wants to sell a car but there were no high pressure tactics from any area. This includes Austin who was our sales person, Campbell a sales manager and a whole host of other people. My wife and myself kept joking with everyone that we kept looking over our shoulders to make sure we were not on a reality show! We wound up leasing a 2015 Rogue and every promise that was made by the dealership was kept and in the time frames we were told. We don't know if every dealership in the Cary area works the same way as Leith, but if they don't they can learn a lot of things from Leith. Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had! More

Curtis Underwood took the time to show me a Nissan Pathfinder SV, even after I made it clear that I was pressed for time, and wasn't going to purchase the vehicle that day. In my opinion, that's a plus. After looking at another SUV at a different dealership, I went back to Leith Nissan to purchase a brand new Pathfinder SV. I couldn't ask for better or faster service. Everything was clear and all paperwork was finalized relatively quickly. Although there were offers for extended warranties (which I did purchase) there were no gimmicks or high pressure sales for additional accessories at the end of the sale. I think the entire process took under 2 Hrs. I absolutely had a great experience and look forward to continued business with Leith Nissan for service and vehicle purchases in the future. More
